Went in my lunch to buy food and the counter have a sign that says: "I'll be back in 10 minutes". Waited for almost half an hour and nobody show up.

Typical of most places except it's inside of a hardware store of sorts. Only one person was working and he did a great job but they really needed more people. Otherwise I would have treated it higher. That and because they were out of some meat when we went

It's a Subway. You get a sandwich. Nothing special.

Decide to finish up some last minute Christmas shopping and grab some food afterwards. Only one staff member was working (Daniel). The line was getting pretty long but he got everyone out in a timely manner. No issues with my order. I hope Subway sees this kid’s potential because he was very nice and great at his job.

I paid 18 for expedited shipping to guarantee gifts for my nieces and nephew arrived before Christmas on December 18th. On December 21st I received a phone call from the Navy Exchange customer service to verify my DoD ID number, and I was informed the package was held for quality assurance. It should have already been wrapped under the tree considering I paid the 18 dollars and authenticated on their website, but due to inefficient policies and terrible service children will not get their Christmas presents this year. After speaking with a supervisor I was informed that someone reported they called me on December 19th but someone answered and did not say anything. I did receive a phone call from a VA area code on the 19th, but when I answered they did not say anything for several minutes so I assumed it was a scam robocall and went back to my job. No one left a voicemail between the Tuesday I placed my order and when I spoke to the representative on Saturday. The supervisor let me know they could do nothing to make this right, the gifts won't arrive by Christmas, and I can't request the 18 dollars back I paid for 2 day shipping until the package ships which may be a full week after the day I paid for said shipping.
