I visited today, September 16, 2025, around 11:15 AM to purchase the Wayfarer Transitional Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Upon entering, I was greeted by a young man. I asked him if they had the glasses in stock, as I had checked online beforehand. To my surprise, he informed me that they were out of stock, which can happen when the website hasn't updated which is perfectly okay. Then, he mentioned that the glasses were being discontinued and no surrounding stores had them in stock, which I found puzzling given their popularity.
Wanting to verify the status, I called the Disney Springs location. The staff there were incredibly friendly and even held the exact pair I was looking for until I arrived. When I inquired about the discontinuation, the Disney Springs employee assured me that the Wayfarer Transitional models are among the most popular and are not set to be discontinued anytime soon. I'm left wondering why the other employee provided conflicting information.

Honestly one of the worst experiences today. I called to see if they had the sunglasses I wanted and they said they only had one left. So I asked them if they could put them aside for me and they said they would. So I drive 40 minutes to this store just for them to tell me that they sold them.

Cidra was so helpful, starting when I called to find out where in the mall the store was located (it’s by Macys btw). I brought in my Ray Bans that I had sat on- she helped readjust them, cleaned them and refilled my cleaning solution spray bottle from Sunglass Hut as well. Thank you Cidra! You restored my glasses and made my day!!!

I came in today and got two sunglasses that I’ve had my eye on forever and got them here for such a good deal. Tanairy was so helpful and amazing in helping me get them. Would definitely recommend getting them from here and from her! ❤️

Dedra was phenomenal and very fun to be around. She made me want to come back and buy from her. She let me know how the glasses fit on my face and was patient and nice the entire time. LOVE my new Ericas:)
