Bit of a disappointing experience. My friend and I came for walk in pedicures which they accommodated since they weren’t busy. Our techs were both nice and friendly however my polish is not smooth and is very textured. From a far the polish looks fine but the closer you get the rougher and worse it gets. Also, upon further messing with the polish afterwards it’s not fully set and if I press my nail into the polish it leaves a mark. My friends color job was a little messed up too and the nail tech went back for hangnail trimming after painting and did not ease her technique after my friend mentioned it started to hurt. I grew up coming here with my grandma when she would get her nails done by her regular stylist, so it’s sad to see how the quality of the establishment has dropped. I feel as though a pedicure I paid $34 dollars for should at least guarantee me smooth and lasting polish on my toes. I’d love to see this place revamp and their quality go back to its former glory :(

Tina that sits in the first chair when you walk in. Very friendly, first time at the shop. Went for a fill in nail was chip on the side. I asked her to fix my nail she replied ok that was Saturday. Entire nail broke Monday went back to have nail fix she had an attitude and charged me for something she didn’t repair on Saturday. I will never go back there I tried to explain to her why am I being charged, she kept saying I did a fill in I did not fix your nail. That’s makes no sense at all!! I paid and first and last time!

As with ALL nail salons you have to get the right technician. I always ask for Ana or Jenny (there's a guy there in seat 5 that does great work also). My nails are ALWAYS perfect...I show a pic and they deliver. I keep my nails short and get acrylic as opposed to dip (I don't care what anyone's read online, it's ALL bad for your nails, lol, I did dip for years...same wear on the nail). I'm in and out for a fill in an hour, when I add a pedi it's only an hour and a half.

Fast service, as in too fast!!! I paid an extra $15 for a 15 minute foot massage and was massaged for 7 minutes. My polish is messy and my nails are an ugly uneven shape. Save your money and go elsewhere :-)

I've been going to this salon for about 6 months and am always happy with the service I get. Ana is my regular tech and she's really great!!
