In the world of big corporations with zero customer service it’s refreshing to know that there is a locally owned alarm company that really cares about its clients. The level of service that Sunshine State Security offers is unparalleled. You get to know each tech by their first name and they genuinely care about your safety and your family. Big shout out to Frank, Alicia, Jerry, and Anthony. You guys rock. Thank you all for providing amazing customer service and products on all our properties.

I have been with sunshine state security since 2014. Frank, Alicia and the entire team Are absolutely phenomenal! They do everything they can to make the services affordable, their customer service is superb, and they really do make you feel special every time. I highly recommend this company to everyone! All of their equipment is top-of-the-line, and they’re available anytime you need assistance, regardless of the time. I had my panel go out, and Frank personally called me at 7:30 in the evening to make sure everything was working and trying to help me through the situation. If there was an option to rate 10 stars, I would! If you want 100% security and 100% peace of mind with five star service, you need to give them a call!

I absolutely love these guys! They are the most professional and knowledgeable group around. It's a pleasure working with them, and they make installing a security system really fun and easy. When the techs come out to the house, I know I can trust them and that my family is safer once they leave. Don't second guess it, just use this company!

I have not bought or paid for anything with this company but the previous owners had them install a security system. We some kind of electrical surge that occurred during a local storm and it caused our security system to go out. The panel smelled like something was ready to catch fire. Frank walked me through the process of finding the wall wart and explained that they were super booked out and if I needed immediate help it'd be best to talk to someone else. That being said the next day he went out of his way to show up with a replacement key for the security box so we could disconnect the battery. He was straight about what he could and couldn't do for us and went out of his way to provide services even though there wasn't necessarily any potential to invoice us. I did followup with some information about our problem after and I'm hoping to hire them to work on our security system repair as well as the home intercom/music system that was taken out in the same storm.

Worst company you can hire. They treated me with the worst customer service I can remember. The system kept breaking down and may God help you if you don't want their monitoring anymore. The password will mysteriously change and you will not be able to use your audible alarm again unless you pay them again for monitoring. I have the password written down and guess what. It changed remotely. Hmmmmmmmmmm He told me he could help me remotely if i paid them again. Hmmmmmmmmmm I had to pay for new panels when they did not last. Warranty expired. I would rather be robbed than use them again.
