If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH SUNTRUST. They are the worst banking institution I have ever come across. I opened a business bank account and a personal joint checking account. One day while checking my balances, it said I don't have access to this account which was an immediate RED FLAG. I called customer service only to find out that they put me in a no debit no credit status. They had decided to end their relationship with me, and would not tell me why. Now, still 2 weeks later they are holding my money hostage while its "under investigation". This is completely unacceptable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST BANK! TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE

Horrible drive through lines and slow tellers. During a pandemic if the inside is closed you need more lanes open other than two!!! The wait is 45min for a simple withdrawal that exceeds atm limits.

The whole drive through process is absolutely horrible at this location for it to be so big. It took them almost an hour for me to got through and just do a simple withdraw from my account.

Avoid going to this location, the tellers are incredibly lazy and disrespectful. just avoid Suntrust altogether .

Excellent experience I had here today,I was treated very well by Natasha Santanoo the branch manager. First time I have been to a SunTrust bank to do business. Also got some important information on my future banking. Thanks. Would recommend. ?

I didn't expect to have a great experience, but I was surprised at how the team made what little wait I had comfortable with treats and water on hand. Everyone that passed checked on me an kept me updated on my service. When I made it to the Manager she upheld the the service that I received from her staff, and extended more drinks and treats as well. Over all she help me get my banking done with out being aggrevated with my endless questions.
