Tylisha is very unprofessional & Ghetto she made my whole visit at this branch a terrible sour experience. Erickson & Maria were awesome! This branch smells like a nursing home and tylishas attitude made the stench worse, it may have been a pleasant experience due to Erickson being amazing but honestly she ruined it. Don’t go to this branch beware

Even if it is convenient, try to avoid this bank. The unprofessionalism is just overwhelming. They go out of their way to make simple transactions difficult ones, and having worked as a teller myself, I know when someone is being discriminatory and lacking proper customer service skills. I will not revisit this bank. My suggestion is that the tellers should go through another round of customer service training.

This Bank oftentimes delay in providing the best quality customer service support that they can the wait time I find is just outrageous. I went in there yesterday to have some work done with my account . The employees at the customer service that sit behind the desk took 45 minutes to an hour and there was hardly anybody waiting three to four people the person I sent to assist me had to leave the bank the manager was nowhere to be seen , but when I went this morning @9am approx. which it's August 5th, they coming over to apologize about the wait and they recall me sitting there waiting they need to do better than that because it's inappropriate I've had this account for years and serving the pine Hills community is like any other community. it's just wrong for them doing this but they should also think of pine Hills as also striving community and also community that was in the past a great community that had great standing in Orlando area . Please do something with the employees, either get some more employees or in service the employees that are currently there. Sitting around looking at each other to see who's going to take the next customer is awful, it was obvious what was occurring . I'v been at that bank too many times.

Same old stained carpet from Sun Bank. It's a bank, please invest in new stain free carpet. The lady helped me.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH SUNTRUST. They are the worst banking institution I have ever come across. I opened a business bank account and a personal joint checking account. One day while checking my balances, it said I don't have access to this account which was an immediate RED FLAG. I called customer service only to find out that they put me in a no debit no credit status. They had decided to end their relationship with me, and would not tell me why. Now, still 2 weeks later they are holding my money hostage while its "under investigation". This is completely unacceptable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST BANK! TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE

Horrible drive through lines and slow tellers. During a pandemic if the inside is closed you need more lanes open other than two!!! The wait is 45min for a simple withdrawal that exceeds atm limits.

The whole drive through process is absolutely horrible at this location for it to be so big. It took them almost an hour for me to got through and just do a simple withdraw from my account.
