Only great things to say about my experience at this branch. Linda was the banker that helped us open an account with Truist and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and a very very nice person. We had a lot of questions and couple issues came up and she managed to overcome everything for us. If you are in banking needs, Linda is your go to at this location! 10/10 ✔️

The worst bank I've ever had the experience of using. It was fine back when it was SunTrust. It wasn't a stellar bank, but I didn't have any major complaints. Now it takes forever to see the one teller who is servicing both the inside line and the drive thru banking. (props to him, he was legit trying his best) I went in recently for the sole purpose of making a withdrawal and it took me over two hours. This was at 10am on a Monday and there were only about six clients in the bank. If they'd had more than one teller, the process would have most likely gone very fast. Avoid at all costs if you value your time.

Never come to this location again. The workers are slow and don't want to work. The guy that was helping me said hold one moment and just walked off and started talking to a guy in the lobby. I'm just standing there waiting and the lady at the drive thru advised that she would be with me...but when she did my transaction she took a long time then the guy that was supposed to do my transaction...had to complete it any way. Good customer service is not here. I had somewhere to be and they made me late. The manager needs to train on good customer service, and not just walking away from a customer.. every time it's something....don't keep apologizing...just do the right thing...bad customer service will shut a company down. Duh. Bad customer service....

Yolanda moreno went way out of her way to help me in my situation as I was out of town and Needing help with faxing and organizing. I was completely lost and withot her would have been dealing with a bigger problem than when I started off with she helped me more than my personal banker I look forward to see when she gets her own branch. Branco is incredible. The man helped me with 3 things with my account immediately and was very knowledgeable. He’s also bilingual for anyone that speaks Spanish. Appreciate his help today

I closed my account from Truist about 4 months ago and needed old documents. Yolanda was very helpful with assisting me.. I will only consider re-opening my account again if she's my personal banker.

This bank has the WORST Customer service from HELL. Went on a Saturday morning to get some assistance with a banker about mortgage issues. she told us (Customers) that she was doing some training and will probably assist when she is finished with a NASTY ATTITUDE . We were told that Truist is open on Saturday to make it convenient for customers who can not see them through the week. Avoid this branch!!!!!!!!

Drive through takes way too long (15+ minutes minimum). Lines are always backed up no matter what time of day. Don’t expect anything fast to happen here.

Adlin Robinson at the Kirkman location in Orlando is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! After explaining our issue that we had prior to coming in and showing her all of my documents from the previous representative at the same exact bank who told us to bring in a couple forms of identification to proceed with our case to get what's rightfully ours, she completely ignored our situation pulled up my closed account and proceeded to say "I only can show you what's in the system" ......she repeated this over and over not giving me any resolution until I asked her to call the third party "back end" that's when I got some type of answer. At this branch its like you have to really go back in forth and really ask for what you need instead of the representative just taking that extra step to help you get what's rightfully yours even with the correct documents. This experience was not the best!
