The best banker I have ever met is called Ricardo Flores, after many failed visits to try to solve a fraud problem that occurred in my account, he was the only one with empathy, determination and compassion to resolve my situation, if it were up to me I would give him 10 stars . Almost a month trying to get answers and in a single visit he was willing and helped me. TRUISt should take these reviews into account with its employees because there are almost no such reviews. Many blessings and a thousand thanks

This branch is the worst in speedy service always a bunch of people in line with only 1 employee to help.The manager is more concerned about flirting with the employees than helping clients waiting in line

Stopped by this morning to help sort out an issue with my account. I’m a young adult with no clue how banking works and Cheryl explained all of the questions I had. She is patient and helped me understand everything.

Came to the bank today and dealt with a guy named Charles rudisel..ride as hell .needs a lesson on customer service; if I'm in line at a business at 458 and they close at 5pm I expect to be taken care of especially these days with so many options of where to bank your banker probably shouldn't say to get here earlier when im already here in time....terrible experience!!!!! Then came the next day same guy Charles is like "oh u came early today like its a joke about yesterday even the manager on duty so unprofessional I don't recommend coming to this location!!!!

I understand banks has coin shortage but this location Spanish lady with glasses ( I don’t know her name) she never gives me change, told me they are completely out of coins but my friend came 10 minutes after me he got all the change he asked for.All customers should be treated equally.

Terrible experience as a new customer. I came in to open an account for me and my husband today 5/19 at 4:30pm and was rejected by a Hispanic male saying that he had an appointment. He also informed me that they only go by appointments only to open a new account but yet suggested me to go to another Truist bank to open a new account. I left the building around 4:51pm, and the client who had an appointment still wasn’t there. He turned two new customers away for 1 appointment that was a no show. Not only that, when I entered the branch, there were two Latina tellers that did not greet me (I was the only customer inside). Terrible experience! If as a potential new customer, I received this treatment, imagine as an actual member. No thank you. I will look for a different bank and will not recommend.

Understaffed & only employees there are not trained to do their jobs, took almost 1hr to serve 1 person at the teller. People in line got out & went to another bank.

really a very bad experience, with this bank, that when changing from suntrust to truist, after 8 years as a client, they have mistreated me, due to their mistake, and they even closed my account, causing me many problems, inconveniences, It is unacceptable, such behavior, after 8 years, of having been a good client, that they treat me like this??, I will never recommend this bank to anyone!!! a very bad disastrous experience
