This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life I asked for chocolate and received fire engine red!!! I disagreed with the manager with adding red to my hair since I have been doing my own hair forever and she said because I was blonde wanting to go dark they would have to add red to fill I was hesitant and disagreed but she seemed like she knew what she was talking about since she was getting super loud and annoyed with me suggesting other wise. Guess what happened ?! My hair is RED!! Not brown !!! No brown even in sight!! The poor lady doing my hair wanted to listen to me but her manager made her do red. I demand a phone call to fix this and a refund!!!
This literally happened today!! I’m now catching a flight to vacation with fire engine red hair !!!

Stylist: ,the first time I went was fantastic, amazing job but the second time I went,cut more then I request to cut,and it didn’t want to dry mi hair(was part of what I pay for) and now my beautiful long hair it’s gone

Sara always takes care when she washes and cuts my hair. My hair is so dry and it looks good after I get my hair done.
Stylist: Sara is awesome! I went 4 months without being able to take a shower for medical reasons. She told me she could wash my hair during that time.
