The pictures are very deceiving! The rooms are not great and the beds are very squeaky. No ventilation whatsoever and the tvs are ancient. The breakfast is awful...hotel waffles and toast...thats it. The staff were nice but otherwise I wouldn't come back.

This hotel must be closed by the authorities as soon as possible. The Surestay Plus International Drive hotel does not meet the standards to operate as an establishment that receives guests for the following reasons: All the rooms are contaminated with dangerous mold, which, by simply breathing it, can enter the lungs and cause serious health damage. The mold is present in all the walls, curtains, air conditioning, beds, headboards, and furniture. Many of the rooms have bed bugs in the mattresses.Cockroaches come out of the wall behind the sink mirror and through the drains. An employee said that the entire hotel interior is infested with millions of cockroaches. Filth is visible everywhere, the breakfast is unpleasant, and the hallways and elevators are dirty and neglected. At night, the homeless and drug addicts live in the vacant rooms of the hotel, posing a danger to women and children who could be assaulted by these intoxicated individuals. My stay was a complete disaster, and no one knew how to address my complaints. I fell ill from the mold I inhaled during my stay, so who will cover the medical bill? I will do everything in my power to see this hotel closed by Orange County authorities.Rooms: Please beware do not go: MOLD, BEDBUGS, Cockroaches

Great location close to Universal Studios. Overall a fine stay at a reasonable price, friendly staff, would stay here again when visiting the theme parks.

Horrible hotel, bed bugs roaches, smelled like roach spray in the room. Horrible environment. Hotel staff wanted to move me to another room, that room was horrible as well. I left at 4am, I couldn’t sleep there. After a long night in horror nights I decided to drive back home with my kids. Horrible and disgusting is a compliment.

You get what you pay for. It’s not worth staying here this hotel was so dirty cockroaches everywhere, the toilet was so slow to flush, and the beds were super uncomfortable. My family left to universal and while we were gone housekeeping came but my mom left her ring on the bed, her ring wasn’t in the room when we got back but she knew she left it on the bed so the only possible answer was one of the housekeepers stole the ring. We called the front desk but they said they didn’t know because no one has turned in a ring. Super bad place. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO SUE THE UGLY PLACE

The elevator was broken, smell of marijuana and the room had a musky smell. Did the job for one night until we moved to the resort. I did feel safe though and continental breakfast a plus.Rooms: Smelled musky

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The room made me extremely sick. Zero ventilation and would return to the room with damp tile floors, which resulted in a respiratory infection mid trip. Also absolutely no room service was provided for 6 days straight, and the front desk would not even answer the phone. Elevators were broken so had to carry heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs, and entire property was in dire need of maintenance. This place is one notch above staying in a crack house. You have been warned.

Beware, this hotel uses pictures that don’t accurately show the hotel amenities and rooms.Honest review, for the price and location it’s great. Free parking, free breakfast, shuttle service, great location for the parks. However, I’m giving two stars because this hotel purposely has pictures that are taken at an angle or with extra lighting to make the rooms and outdoor amenities look a lot different. We definitely feel like we were tricked. Pool is a lot smaller than pics as they’re all taken at an angle but has a great bar that has good prices ($6 beers/wine $12 sandwiches). The outdoor deck area is closed and looks like in a condemned state. The pond next to it is also in bad shape. The room itself is small which is fine. The bed is comfy and no issues with the bathroom or AC. We also had no issues with bugs or mold. However, the chairs and couch in the room are very much stained to the point where it is a health hazard. There are no electrical outlets to use either in the room other than the one next to the sink.Overall if you’re on a budget and planning on being at the parks mostly and just need a place to sleep, this isn’t a bad choice but don’t expect to see what’s in the pictures. No issues with staff. All were very helpful and nice.

Nice pool, perfect location, and not too bad facilities. It's pretty much convenient when visiting the parks, Disney and Universal, as there's a free shuttle that you can book an advanceThe breakfast experience has a lot to improve, there are not many options and there are not enough tables to sit down.Nearby activities: Extremely well located for visit the parks

The girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful, I think Michela and Jasmine. And Best Western is always so dog friendly, nice and in good locations. The owners relative was on site too making sure everyone was safe and having a good experience. We recommend this place, especially for those w dogs.

On the surface the room appeared to be clean but after walking around in white socks it became obvious that the floor needed a good mopping. Repeated requests for clean towels were eventually met but limited in quantity. The front desk staff was very sweet and apologetic but I don't think I will ever stay here again. I'm just saying, #igotissues. What about you?)i(

This is an okay place to stay. Nothing big but absolute accurate. Beds were great but bathroom poor. The tiniest toilet seat I have sat on in my hole life! Nice pool, breakfast okay - not more. We stayed there to go to Disney and Universal. Location to the parks fantastic.

Pathetic...stay away from this hotel....One of the worst hotel stays i experienced. The staff are not trained and arrogant. No House keeping whatsoever, you need to go to front desk to get fresh towels everyday.Even for toilet paper you have ask them to supply. The first room i was allotted had someones stuff in there, next one key didn't work , even after trying 3 times resetting it. No one there to help and when raised voice, the staff called cops on me. It was a nightmare...no service but attitude of staff was no less than a 5 star hotel. I am not going there and would advice people to avoid this hotel. Stay in tent but not here....Rooms: will get no room services so be prepared to do your own bed.

One of the worst hotel stays I just experienced in orlando. To start we get checked in and they over charge me what the rate was supposed to be. We get our room keys room 202 and key reader doesn't work. Phone is broken. Ac is broken smells like musty mold was growing. The bathroom plumbing was backed up smelled like a sewer. The bathroom curtain was broken and barely hanging on. Water leaked everytime we tried to shower. The beds seemed like they are roll up beds they use for kids naps at school. House keeping never came at all we had to get towels everyday and ask if they are going to change sheets and all they said was well put you down for tomorrow and never happened. ? not worth the money to stay here.Rooms: Needs to be updated and fixedNearby activities: Close to idriveSafety: Front door didn't close all the way unless you slammed it hard.Food & drinks: Close to idrive restaurants.

We had two separate reservations one thru Priceline and one thru a vacation presentation you sit thru. The day before check in and the day of check in we confirmed we do not need to switch rooms. Every day after the first night we had to keep getting our cards reactivated, the last night we were there they completely cleaned out our room and gave it to someone else when we were supposed to still be there. All of our stuff was thrown into bags, our food was mixed with shampoos and body sprays, our donuts were smashed, all of the food I bought for the drive home the next day that was in the refrigerator was gone and they couldn't get it back to us, we spent the day at sea world we were wet tired, and they spent an hour tracking down all of our stuff minus our cold food. They offered us a refund for one night, still haven't gotten it, we had to switch rooms, rego thru all of our things, untangle all of our cords, it was aweful. The breakfast is cearl, waffles which you make yourself and take 2.5 minutes each and one lady made 10. It would have been better if the staff made them and had them lined up or buffet style to speed up lines. They also offered fruit and the last two days eggs, sausage and bread. Great location to everything, free parking, up until our last day the hotel was fine, we did find an old piece of food under our bed and our new room sheets were stained. The splash pad also did not work the entire time we were there. They do have a small to go diner on site It is a little bit spendy but they also have alcohol so if you just want to drink and walk back to your room you can do that. As long as I only have one reservation I will stay here again, I believe his name was Aaron he was the most helpful he was the one that found us our stuff and approved our refund. The beds weren't that bad either. There was only one ice machine also the one in building a was down but the one in building b worked.Nearby activities: Shops, universal, food, Walmart within 10 min target tourist shopsWalkability: Close to a lot of things
