Eduardo is absolutely the best. This is our 7 Nissan over 20+ years and Eduardo made our experience the best. We took our son’s car into service and it was not worth getting fixed. Note: he purchased in CA when in the US Navy. To surprise him we purchased a 2021 Nissan Versa SV. Eduardo and Matt made the deal outstanding. I spun the wheel and won free card tint, Bonus. Chris was a phenomenal person. He got right to the point about my new car. The safety features, how to handle the car, everything. He is very real, shows his passion and patience for customers and gets straight to the point. The car I got wasn’t what I felt comfortable with at first, but Chris made me feel comfortable and learned to love it in the process. His experience and politeness is over the top. Good job Chris! Keep doing what you’re doing. My parents loved him as well.

I had such an amazing time here. If you’re buying here go to Jimmy Rodriguez! He was absolutely amazing. This was my first time purchasing a car by myself. As a young, female I was SO nervous to be ripped off… however Jimmy made me feel comfortable and at ease. He showed everything to me black and white, explained things in a way I could understand, and helped me stay within my budget! I am so appreciative. Hey Sutherlin Nissan/customers who read this.I purchased a 2023 VW Golf R from the dealer and dealt with Darrin as a salesman back in the late July/ Early August of 2023. My experience with Darrin was great, very laid back and informative guy who was honest.My problem starts where another Salesman/closer by the name of Jeff Lombardi I think his name was came in. He assisted Darrin in "closing" the deal by running my credit/loan applications. I was told that because the Golf R was 2023 and "Used" with 2k miles that I could not book it through a credit union and instead had to use a major bank to finance. I had a 720 credit score at 23 years old (had over 5 years of credit history) and he told me I was only approved by Chase at a 13.79% interest rate, being it was my first time buying the car I went through with it and wanted to refinance later because I was in desperate need for a new vehicle.After emailing and speaking with agents from McCoy Federal and Partners, they told me I would've been able to finance with them no problem from the beginning close to their lowest rates starting at 7%. I am frustrated because I was finessed by the dealership and Jeff and have been paying a 13.79% interest rate since the summer and paying more money in interest than I am in principle for the vehicle.I do give them credit for working with me with my trade in and allowing me to remove my after market parts however they get a 1/5 for lying to their customers about their finance options. Really sad to see a dealership take advantage of someone who is young wanting to purchase a car. Definitely would not recommend this place.

was a great service experience. I normally visit a different Nissan dealer in the area where wait times are never met, but I was very impressed with how fast and easy it was to make an appointment, and to have the service completed. my advisor was friendly knowledgeable and helpful

James made it such a simple process. I stopped by, saw a vehicle that suited my needs, I test drove it. We then went back to the office filled out some paperwork and just like that I had a new van.All I need to do now is get it printed with the company logo and I’m golden.

They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my Rouge! They pulled about 6 vehicles, went on multiple test-drives and went to bat for me to find financing that met my needs. I had the pleasure of coming in yesterday and buying a vehicle from Giovanni. He was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable and kind and went out of his way to make the car buying process easy and enjoyable. I will be recommending him to everyone i know looking for a car. My family has boughten many cars from many different dealerships and we all unanimously agreed yesterday that he was the best salesman we’ve ever worked with! He deserves a raise.

Edited my review. The service manager called after seeing the survey I submitted. My antenna will be replaced. He stated that the online inquiries go to sales and it didn't make it to the service department. I appreciate how they followed through and the great customer service.The service part was fine, a little long for what was done, but fine and Isiah was amazing as always. My issue is that my antenna was broken when they washed the car and no one said anything. We noticed too late to call, so I called on Sunday but service was closed. I then submitted an online inquiry and have heard nothing back.

They are running an incredibly misleading mailer promotion called Dealopoly where the grand prize was for $25,000 if you match symbols on a scratcher. After matching the symbols for the grand prize, they make you go to the dealer and match a confirmation number they have on a board. If it didn't match with the numbers on the board, you would get a random gift card for Target valued up to $500. Mine ended up being worth only $5. When i got there, about 5 other folks had the same grand prize scratchers and none of them actually won the prize that matched the symbols. Not sure what was the point of this promotion if no salesperson approached to show a car or make a sale either. Total waste of time. All they are getting from me in this promotion are bad reviews everywhere (as a warning to others) and a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If you have also fallen victim to this promotion, I would suggest submitting a complaint as well so they can look into this and potentially take legal action. The website is: reportfraud.ftc.gov

Travis Wiggins was our service advisor. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He was quick to communicate and understood the attention to detail needed in order to get this inspection and repair done quickly and correctly. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. The overall inspection and repair was done well and right the first time and in the time frame given.
