I had an issue with a gift card I bought and contacted the store and spoke with Micheal the manager. He showed extreme interest in helping me and kept me updated on what was going on and what would be the next step that would be taken. Once it was resolved he called me and told me what would happen. I would like to thank Michael for going above and beyond and providing excellent Customer Service.
