If I could, I would give T-Mobile ZERO starts! I left them approximately 3 months ago to go to Spectrum (save a lot of money/same cell service). When I received my final bill, it was for $3.00 but when paying they accept no less then $5.00 in billing so I paid it thinking they would be sending me a check for $2.00. WRONG! I continually get a monthly bill showing -$2.00. Today, I decided to call and ask when were they going to send me a check. The customer no-service representative wanted my 6 digit password. I explained that I have been gone several months and do not remember. I could not get a refund without verifying my password. I then asked to speak to a manager and she abruptly said that they would say the same. I was then informed that I would have to go to a T-Mobile store to try to get my refund. Yeah, right, spend $2.00 in gas to get my $2.00. SEND ME A CHECK!!! Looks like I will continue to receive bills every month saying that my balance is -$2.00. It will cost them more to send me a bill every month owing me money. I WILL NEVER RETURN. TO t-mmobile! $2.00, they are a joke.

Horrible service, literally let you stand around with out helping you. Have been a customer of t mobile for over 12 years service and the lack of customer service is very noticeable. Thinking about switching to AT & T. Here the service is better.

What I can say about this T-Mobile store and any other T-Mobile store is that they do keep your security and your phone safety. They live by it. They will not do any changes, not even a minor small change to an account. If they do not have the pin from the actual user, a secret pin or if they have not added an authorized user and the authorize user for the account has to have a Florida ID passports as such to prove their identity. The price is speak for themselves. You can kind of look that up on Google and you know they tell you about all the plans and prices and everything. But what you can't find out is is the service good? Yes, every once in a while very rarely and it's only so when you call one person I've never had you know. Hey you're breaking up. I can't hear you. It's only when I call this one person that this happens so other than that I've been with them for for 5 plus years and I've never had a problem with the service. And as for the data and the internet, I have a plan with four other people and we share that data perfectly fine. What I do is this is something that is not told. But if you hook up your Wi-Fi too, your phone T-Mobile phone. Whenever you get home, you'll stop using your data and use free Wi-Fi so that helps save a lot of data between our family. So just a little tip as those are the main things. The as for the phones the quality of them you pay. You get what you pay for simple as that. You get what you pay for and if you're going to pay a lot. Your I guarantee that phone's going to last a long time and I recommend getting insurance if you get an expensive phone. Pay that extra insurance just in case your phone breaks or it gets lost or stolen. No problem. If you have insurance you get a brand new one again

TMobile Customer Care def sucks!!!! They promise you the moon and blow smoke up your a*s. They call back when they want to call back, they never note the account properly, you can never get back to the same person you started with so you don't have to reiterate the whole story over again, they just blind transfer into another department without letting the new people the story, they threaten to charge you for equipment you have sent back and was received and won't respond back to you until they want to. TMobile may have good rate plans and service but the customer service is DEF not their number one 1 concern. I will no longer allow TMobile to go into either my credit card or bank account because of their issues. It's a shame too because when you go to a corporate store all they say to you is that the ball is in customer cares hands and they will eventually clear or resolve issues. I have even blocked T-Mobiles number from going through since they suck so bad. If more information / details are desired a sr. Went to T-Mobile the other day for an upgrade and I had an amazing experience, all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Manager Sebastian and Mobile Expert Perry. I was happy with their professionalism and dedication to ensuring I had a positive experience. Thank you guys so much!

-☆ just give one ☆ because its no option por zeroTha lady with the curly hair when i went to claim my t-mobile tuesday she said WE DONT HAVE ANY MORE (with attitude), i understand that sometimes is finish early, and I leave; i was in the parking and after i aks for it, 3 persons arrive and get the tmobile tuesday cups. I call to the store and she was the one answer and i said thanks for said is no more cups, in just saw 3 persons with cups,, i feel the discrimination, and she started yelling at me at the phone. Veeeery bad, is nice store, nice location but very rude people and bad attention. Im with tmobile for yeeeeeears, may be more that the time she has this job, I dont come back to this store, nope, nope, nope!.Suggestions: Customer service training for her!

Manager only wanted to upgrade my phone and not listen to my concerns or questions. I had to ask her not to ask me about the upgrade several times, she ended up calling me angry and I in turn told her my thought of her. She let the argument go as far as letting customers get involved. Very poor customer service.

I had amazing service from Jose. The transaction could not have been any better. I was not sure what I wanted and he figured it out within a minute. I was so relieved. When your phone decides to go for a swim, it can be stressful, but Jose’s awesome personality made me feel like he cared and that is rare to find these days.

jose was unwilling to assist me with my account issues, a total waste of time and gas. I have to drive 40 minutes to another location since every other store is about to close. I called ahead and explained my situation, and they are very willing to assist me. Obviously, more training is needed here.

So many phone places ignore you and treat you like cattle but this place takes care of business! Aldaniel was able to retrieve some very precious photos I thought were lost. Always great service here.
