I went for an Apple Watch and added the apple headphone max because I was told I would get them before christmas(now I’m sure the associate just wanted to get the sale). It’s been 14 days and the best they can do is cancelMy order. 12 years with T-Mobile and there service just keeps getting worst.

Great and quick service. There was a queue, and one of the staff told us they will get to us soon. As soon as one staff was free, he called me over and took care of my issue in a few minutes !

Becareful when buying phone here I brought a galaxy s23 been having problems since day 1 it doesn't recieve pic messaging from Apple phones or text I took to store they did everything to the phone and still problem still goes till today last thing they did take out Sim card now can't read messages terrible experience 223 dollars down the drain plus they don't take phone back at least now I am stuck paying for something that's no good all cause I don't want Credit to get mess up I call store and told me I call u in 30 mins never got a call back and they know what's wrong but they don't tell u

I despise having to go to the cell phone store. Each time our plans are foiled by something that is out of our hands. This trip was almost comical. Show up at 1150 as they open at noon, at 1157 guy inside is rolling up the security windows and poof three other people come running from their cars and beat me to the door as I'm rolling up the windows on my truck?. Once entered we are greeted instantly and am recognized. Only had to wait a few minutes before we are being helped at the counter. Wanting to switch from our 12 year old sprint acct to a cheaper TMobile acct. Zero balance on 3 phones and 3 watches. "Ohh looks like two of the watches still have a balance, but right here it's saying zero balance" after two guys going back and forth for about twenty min and then a phone call to customer service..we left the store without moving our service to TMobile because that is happening automatically in the next two weeks, without three new phones, without 3 new watches. Dang was only looking to spend like $4000 yesterday but you didn't want me to
