do not come here! this place is full of scammers \\u0026 i will NEVER do service with ANY t-mobiles ever again. we came in on the 9th and spoke to Cameron/Kameron. we were looking to get another phone added onto the line. we ended up getting an Iphone 12 on the line, while discussing, Cameron mentioned they had a deal going on. a buy one get one free for the tablets. after discussing, we decided we didn’t want tablets (as a family of iphone users). Cameron then suggested that we could do Ipads instead. after explaining that we would ONLY have to pay 1. the activation fees for both Ipads ($35.00 each) 2. the sales tax on the Ipads \\u0026 3. $30.00 every month to pay off one Ipad (hence the buy one get one free), we got the Ipads. due to the store not carrying Ipad pros in the store \\u0026 we were only visiting florida, we decided to hold off on paying the sales tax on the ipads but paying the activation fees for the 2 ipads along with the iphone. we ended up leaving the store with three sims card (2 the ipads once we got home \\u0026 an extra sim card we didn’t know about) along with the new iphone. once returning home, we went to a local t-mobile thursday in hopes of getting the ipads set up. the guy who helped us was unhelpful \\u0026 told us he wouldn’t be able to get the ipads due to Cameron giving us the sim cards. he let us know we would have to do it online \\u0026 sent us on our merry way. he was dismissive \\u0026 didn’t seem to want to help us, likely due to there being no eligible commission. the guy also said in a very snobby tone “for future reference to not take sim cards without the devices” as if we, as customers, were supposed to know. once home, we looked online but got no where. we spoke to customer service \\u0026 they told us there was no deal going on but they may be able to honor what Cameron stated but we wouldn’t know for sure. later that day, they said they WOULD be able to honor what Cameron said but that they would need to speak to Cameron to ensure “the story is correct”. then yesterday, they said they cannot honor what Cameron said along with they cannot locate him for whatever reason. the man we spoke to wanted us to find the address Cameron is working at, the phone number \\u0026 any other information we could find - basically wanting us to do their job. he also stated he’s going to cancel the new phone \\u0026 we would be fully reimbursed for any money we paid on the 9th. this entire situation has left such a bad taste in my mouth that even though we’ve been with T-mobile for 6 years, i will never do any business with t-mobile nor recommend anybody to do business ever again. this is your warning, DO NOT COME HERE OR ANY T-MOBILE STORES. they will scam you \\u0026 they won’t care to fix it. this business is unethical.

Not the best service. Employees are not well trained, takes forever to set a phone service. Try other providers, t-mobile has coverage issues.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Went in to trade in my old iPhone for a new one and realized the next day they added 3 extra lines on my account for an extra $60/month. Not once I asked for that I simply wanted a new phone. I was helped my the manager and her cousin (2 Hispanic women, Aylin and I forget the other girl’s name).

Horrible staff! I came in to do a simple upgrade on my phone last month, the rep told me I got a free iPad because I purchased the iPhone 14 pro. I was skeptical and kept asking them to what’s the catch, and they kept saying no catch. I look at my bill and I’m being charged 45 dollars a month for an IPad I didn’t want. I would never recommend that store to anyone I know

Customer service has been amazing. Gabby (the manager) and Alejandro have helped me enormously throughout the process of buying a phone. My last phone was giving me issues and couldn’t upload the contacts and photos. It took me 3 trips to the store and countless hours were Gabby and the team assisted me in more ways than possible. The customer service and care provided is unmatched. Thank you team for giving the extra mile and bringing me the necessary help. Mil gracias!

Wow. What a terrible experience. All we came for was to transfer a line over. Why did that take almost two hours? Because they tried to sell us Magenta Max for most of the time. Ridiculous. The workers are also throwing us false information such as $210 for 2 lines or $140 for 3 lines but it is only $90 for 2 with auto pay. Gabi and other colleagues helping us began to gossip about us in Spanish not knowing we speak Spanish. Speaking in very rude way about “if that is what they want it give them that”. That isnt how you suppose to treat your customers. I am sure customers who doesn’t speak Spanish will find the Thai action very annoying. Don’t come here if you value your time.

It was time to upgrade the family and Yuan, the Mobile Expert, was absolutely amazing with our transition. He was professional as well as very patient. Yuan epitomizes excellent customer service and truly represents T Mobile as an exemplary employee!

T Mobile at the Florida Mall by the food court is the BOMB! after many phone calls to customer service, took a taxi to the Mall and Prince and Jesus fixed it in no time!! Amazing service.

My experience was horrible I went there to get new iPhone I wish I went somewhere else the manager don’t know anything she supposed to transfer my stuff from my old phone to new phone she made me lose all my stuff. I have to figure out how reset my old phone in order for me to get the new phone. At end of the day t mobile need Train the employee!!! Please save yourself a time don’t go to that store!!!

Very rude. Service team standing around and redused to transfer data on a trade in because they close soon. Instead of getting the sale the girl would rather stand around and talk to her co workers.

Isreal was a king! He was very chill and ready to help right away. He made sure I found the replacement phone just right for me, and gave me the option to go through insurance to fix my old phone. While I didn't go with this option, it was nice for him to explore it for me. He also helped fix an issue with my mom's phone. He was definitely ?

These guys stopped me in the mall and pretty much dragged me into the store. I ended up taking the deal and the very next day there were so many places where I could not get service. The place where there should be bars had a darn X over it. There were multiple dropped calls. When I called the store for help the so called manager yelled at me over the phone and was talking so loud. I think his name is DeeBOO or DeeBO. It should be DOO DOO based on his behavior. I'm back with Verizon where I have service after 1.5 weeks of nonsense! Don't switch!
