Ordered an upgrade phone for my daughter's birthday. Salesman at this store screwed up the order somehow and order was canceled. What a pain in the XXXX. I'm a long-time customer, buying the most expensive phone they offer, for my daughter's birthday. How can one screw this up.

highly recommend this location the staff were very nice and highly helpful went into a franchise to start an account and i never received any info after i left the store to start a set up which lead to me being locked out of my account went back to the exact same store and no one there could help me once i got to this location jeny helped me for where i was able to get back into my account stayed past hours and everything just to ensure i went home with some type of satisfaction wonderful team with all great employees

My wife and I went to this store to get a new phone and line for our special needs daughter, and were fortunate to be assisted by Sheldon. He explained all our options and helped us make the right choices. He spent a lot of time with us, and then again later, when he helped us set up parental controls on the phone. He was fantastic!

I love this T-Mobile and drive from Winter Park to get what I need here. I'd visited previously for T-Mobile Tuesdays and learned I could also use them for my home internet. As a loyal customer, I'd save about $30 with my new rate. That may not seem like alot, but these days every penny counts when you're on a budget. Duane Ortiz took excellent care of me. Any time I've been here the staff have been super friendly and I appreciate that. Huge shout out to Duane because I was in and out in about 30 minutes with my new router. This is why I stay with T-Mobile...excellent service and at a better price. TYVM!

Excellent customer service today - with the wonderful Duane Ortiz - to finally "break up" with Spectrum as my home internet provider. On a T-Mobile Tuesday, I stopped by to get my free gift (LOVE, btw) and noticed I could switch to a lower rate. Why I hadn't done this sooner, I have no idea. I've been a happy T-Mobile customer for years now and have zero complaints. And whenever I come here, the staff is super friendly. I was quickly greeted and, once I explained what I wanted, helped with securing a new router. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Duane not only explained the easy set-up but also answered my questions about the next iPhone drop. And, there were other customers there who not only encouraged my decision, but also suggested the right steps to cancel my Spectrum account and ship the equipment back properly. I cannot offer higher praise - this experience is why I stay with T-Mobile. Gracias, Duane!

I walked into the store because based on RSL i was advised that my Warranty exchange would be here. I spoke to the sales rep, Maybe by the name of Jordi? light skin guy. He told me that because i didn't purchase the phone at his store, They aren't able to process my warranty exchange. I advised him, Look, This isn't true. I've worked for T-Mobile for many many years. I am also a previous Co owner, What you are saying is incorrect. Advised him that I know Mike Carney, Wanda, Bill, Danny, Art, Magda, Daisy, Steven, Pedro, ETC. What you are saying is incorrect and not proper. You shouldn't tell customers that. I walked away and drove to one of our TPR stores, NON Corporate STORE . I Walked in, Guess what? They processed my warranty exchange. You shouldn't allow these behaviors, Management, You need to train your employees allot better and not Lie to customers especially to those who know the T-Mobile Policy. You should be ashamed of your self, Sir. If one of my employees lied like this to a customer he would be out the door!

My saga started two weeks ago when I somehow lost my phone in a lake. After realizing I didn’t have the right AppleCare insurance to cover such a catastrophe, I had to replace my phone. I went in on a Monday and it was unusually busy but the staff did a very good job of trying to shuffle/cycle customers. (For example, helping others while I was waiting for systems to catch up with each other so they could proceed to the next step)I was assisted by Joel and David and they are awesome. Because I originally was a sprint customer, there was an extra layer of shenanigans on top of an already complex issue.However, both Joel and David were able to navigate the issues as they came up and got me into a new phone a few hours later. (Length due to sprint shenanigans, nothing in the control of the employees)I definitely recommend this store and will happily return for my next phone purchase.
