The service is terrible, I came just to buy a phone and they wanted to sell me a cover, GPS, tablet, etc. They have the right to offer the products but since I said I didn't need any of the products, the employee left me at the table and left I had to talk to a manager so they could give me good service

I've been a customer for tmobile for 15+ years. I have 3 lines with tmobile but decided to take one of those lines and try the service of another provider. Anyways decided to go and take that line back to tmobile after a month and the lady told me I had to wait 90 days to bring my phone number back to tmobile. Told the lady that i already had 2 other lines with them and she said that it doesnt matter. She also then decided to tell me that I could get a new line and phone added to my plan that I had the other lines. Told her that I wanted my old phone number and she said that I'll have to wait 90 days. Wich I find ridiculous, shes denying me tmobile service!!!Went to the tmobile in the florida mall and they had no issues in bringing back the line that I used to try the other service. And they treated me so good that the didn't chage me for the sim card or the activation fee. THAT'S HOW YOU TREAT A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!!This tmobile location was trying to sell me a phone that i didnt need. And gave me just excuses. THIS STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED BETTER IN HOW TO HANDLE SIMPLE SITUATIONS!!!

BAD BUSINESS - STAY AWAY TMOBILERSI went to this location on 7/29/23, terrible experience! I’ve been with T-Mobile for 21 years also, so believe me when I say GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!I walked in at 6:30 PM, there were 4 associates working and glued to each customer! They have no ability to multitask or ask walk-in’s what brings them in. I went in for a simple equipment return and ended up leaving after 45 mins of waiting like a fool! I was trying to be very patient and give this store a chance . I asked the store associate Juan, ‘can you please help me? I’ve been waiting 35 mins for a simple return’ and he said ‘we’re really busy at the moment’. Are you kidding me??! 4 employees all GLUED to each customer? I will never ever come to this location again. STAY AWAY TMOBILERS.0 ⭐️

This store is always busy but the staff is really good. They try to help you with any questions or issues that you can have. Carmen was the member of the team who helped me with my transition to Tmobile she was professional, knowledgeable, and really helpful with the process. It's definitely a step up from the competition. Definitely recommend this place 100%

I went into the store with a problem with my phone and Chris saved the day. He handled every question a had with precision and went over it detail after detail until I understood it and left with a few accessories. I will be returning back to this store for any future upgrades or issues Thank you Chris!

Unfortunately, this location was a poor experience. The representative was straight forward not willing to install a screen protector. He asked the manager, Juan P., which explained to me that as of 2015, TMobile does not install a screen protector if it's a 3rd party. Makes sense. BUT, being a customer for over 20+yrs., since the company was OMNIPOINT, known for its customer service, this location truly does NOT reflect what TMobile really stands for. Hope this comment does reach someone in upper management and revisits the core of its company on customer service. Where there's a will,there's a way.Mon. 4/24/2023Received notification to email and chat with someone in regards this matter.I emailed and still no call/reply from upper management. - julián.

This location is convenient for me. There's ample parking, and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; but, there is one staff member that impressed me the most, and her name is Jenny L. In addition to getting me a great deal with a free Samsung Galaxy S23, she also helped me set up the free Netflix and Apple TV included in my plan! I would've never been able to do so on my own because I'm far from technology savvy! Kudos to Jenny L. for going above and beyond!

Used this store to return two phones after handling the upgrade myself online. I had been to a previous T-Mobile & they wouldn’t even look at my account & wanted me to use USPS. The two gentlemen that handled my returns were fast and efficient. They told me up front they might not be able to do it but gave an attempt & luckily — it worked! Nice to not have to put valuable phones in the hands of our unreliable USPS & get it handled immediately. Thank you for great customer service!
