Steer clear of this store, especially Carlos Oliveira, their store manager. He refuses to address mistakes made by his staff and simply ignores your concerns.

On Oct 23, I decided to treat myself to a new watch for my collection. My next stop - TAG. When you want to spend $7.5k here, they love you very much and are incredibly happy to see you.But, after 2 weeks I decided to return the watch. They were still in the bag. And this is where the fun begins.1. They have “Rules” or Policy. The watch must be in its packaging and unused. This I observed. Or they change my watch to another watch. Or they give credit. But they don't return the money. Do you guys put your Rules above Florida law? You MUST return the money upon my request!2. I ask you to sign a written refusal to return the money - they rudely refuse me. Guys, you change your mood very quickly!3. I turn on the audio recording - the guys suddenly forget what date and time it is today!4. I started video recording - This is where the funniest thing is - they threaten to call security. I'm becoming dangerous! I have video recording turned on on my phone. At the store where I recently spent $7.5k!!!5. They told me to call the manager and coming back on Saturday. I wrote him (or her) a message. He looked and... did not answer. Nothing at all.And here's the question. The guys from TAG are generally aware of what is happening with the custom service of their sellers. The attitude towards the brand is formed not only from the purchase of expensive watches, but also from further communication and custom service.And based on this situation, I will be happy to continue communicating with the owner of this store in court. So far, only 1*. If there was an opportunity, I would put 0*

What a horrible first impression! Took my husband to the store tonight in the hopes to get him an anniversary gift. The saleswoman had a judgmental look on her face asking if she could help barely turning her face to us. As we approached the area of the Carreras she said again in a judgmental tone “oh I see you are looking at those, they are over $6500” and laughed. Honestly that attitude disgusted me and we walked out, I didn’t asked how much was it and honestly being a watch collector that he is, that price didn’t intimidate us. Sorry to see that she not on lost a frequent client but would never recommend this store to anyone. No wonder the store is always empty, terrible customer service.

Carlos was very helpful and pleasant servicing my Tag Heuer watch. I needed a link removed and he took care of it in just a couple minutes. He's a great ambassador for the brand!

I love the Watch BUT, the warranty services is a mess. I send my watch for warranty services 2 months ago, they send me a quote to repair the watch for $600 which is not right because the Watch is under warranty, and i have 2 weeks in this proccess because when i buy the Watch they not registred the warranty.

I went in originally and spoke with Robyn the manager. I was looking for a specific watch. She cheerfully greeted me as soon as I walked in. She took me to the watch I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the watch and wasn’t pushy which I appreciated. Although I didn’t purchase that day she kept in touch and answered my questions about another watch through emails. I came back a few days later and Robyn wasn’t there and she told me to ask for Antonia. Antonia was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. My wife was impressed as well. They both made my purchase process simple and pleasant. This watch was a 15 year anniversary gift from my wife and I am VERY satisfied with my purchase! Great customer service ladies! I will be back!

Terrible customer service! I purchased 2 watches from them this past year and def will not be dealing with a staff that only care about making sales rather than help a returning customer resize a watch.
