I stopped today by 11/17/23 in order to get my wife a watch as her birthday present and in my whole life I never feel so ignored. The lady behind the counter walked 4 times front of me and never said even a greeting, or welcome, I’ll be with you in a minute. I know she was busy, but a little touch of courtesy is always a good path to do business. Not a good person in charge of sales

Nice staff to deal with but the owner was pretty much a recluse. Poor inventory, but aging great staff.

I loved shopping at Kipling, Nike, Marc Jacobs, DIESEL and Superdry in this shopping mall. Their sales associates were very friendly. Poor service at Tag heuer(only one or two sales associates working in that small store). The big problem was that they did not display the prices. I had to wait a long time & asked them to show me the prices of the watches. Wasted at least 20 -30 minutes at Tag heuer. They were not that busy when I was visiting. Hope Tag heuer can improve. This store have nice watches(older models at cheaper prices) but have poor sales associates.
