I was initially hesitant to try a quick oil change establishment since I have always gone to Tire Kingdom for my oil changes. However, after my recent experience, I am definitely planning to return. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service and the additional services they provided. The best part was that I didn't even have to leave my car! They took care of everything, including pumping my tires, refilling my washer fluid, and even offering some helpful recommendations. Plus, if I bring my receipt next time, I can enjoy a 50% discount on one of the services offered. The staff member who assisted me was super friendly and the team working did an excellent job. Overall, I was extremely impressed and will definitely be returning in the future. And one more plus, he showed me the dipstick and assured me the oil change was done and my car was good to go! Loved it!

I went for an oil change and air filter change on my 2021 Chevy Equinox. When I took my car in, I didn’t have any issues prior. The guys told me that my wipers were good (which I know they aren’t because they streak when used and my rear is falling apart). After my oil change, my check engine light came on, and my traction control was turned off and wouldn’t go back on without restarting the car. I took it back and was told that they don’t know what the issue is. I took it to Autozone where it was determined the air filter was not put on correctly. The code was cleared and it hasn’t been back since. I will NEVER go back to Take 5 again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I had completely forgotten about the free top off policy, I went for a full oil change and I was told that all I needed was a top off and not an entire oil change. Saved me from an unnecessary expense.I appreciate that kind of honesty.

On April 10, 2023 during my visit:1. I was in desperate need of an oil change2. The economy oil package was not available. So I picked a higher price oil package3. One of two air filters could be replaced. The interior air filter was replaced but the exterior filter could not because they were out of the right size and the alternative filter didn't fit. My old filter was retrieved from the trash can and returned to my car.4. My rear window wiper couldn't be replaced because the size wasn't available and the alternative didn't work sized didn't work.5. With all this confusion, I failed to mention that I am a U.S. Navy veteran before paying.6. The person working that day and servicing my vehicle, I assumed was a shift manager as the team was looking to him for leadership which he gave. He explained they were short handed this day and apologized.7. Seeing my frustration, the person I assumed was a shift manager wrote on my receipt that my next oil change will be free and include my veterans discount. While this not totally satisfying, I understood the conditions of the establishment at this time and was grateful for my immediate concern,my oil change, was satisfied.8. Today, Sun 10/15/23 around 3:50 PM ET, I returned to the location to get my free oil change. Upon pulling into the stall, I immediately provided my last receipt to the technician, informed him I would the oil change only, as I have no funds.9. After a short period of time, the technician returned then informed me, the technician that wrote on my receipt was not authorized to do so. They would not be giving me the free oil change but would give me my veterans discount with the purchase of an oil change today.10. I declined the service. Technician closed my hood and I drove away.In closing, the manager on duty didn't take the time to come over and speak with me about my last visit. I would have explained this in detail. This didn't take place. My alternative is to write what took place here.

They would not change the oil in my Model T Ford. I was in a hurry and wanted an oil change. It is actually rather easy in a Model T. I had already taken care of the filter so I just wanted a change. No filter or other maintenance. I explained this but the worker said the manager said no, and the manager would not come out.

Toyota TRD skid plate must be an issue for this location. After they removed it, did the oil change, and I payed over a hundred bucks for this service. The technician handed me 2 bolts and stated his issue. I said," you got em out, put em back." He looked at his associate and said get him out of here and walked away. I have done many oil changes at various places and NEVER had an issue with the skid plate removal and replacement. This location is close to the house and was going to be our go to. Not anymore.

Please do not go there. 1st time they left the cap off then the 2nd time said they couldn’t take the cap off after repeating it’s the wrong size cup and it’s skipping. I was told to leave while cursing and making fun of my disabled adult son. I spoke with corporate and the District manager apologized and even said anyone working on your car will be dismissed bc they even left their tools attached. next day I went back only bc the district manager promised things will get fixed. I went back and the same people there and they even laughed more when my son said that guy shouldn’t make fun of me. I went to Vavoline on Chickasaw and lake Underhill , those are really kind people who even offered to fix my tire too. After I left take 5, I also had a flat. Not sure if it was coincidence but I can say take 5 is not knowledgeable nor do they hire people who care about the customers or your vehicle. I posted the the man who made fun of my son and his short brother is the manager that originally also made fun of a special needs person.Service: Oil change
