I am so sick and tired of shopping online and receiving sub par produce and tired of getting items that I didn't pick. I don't have time to go back to the store when they make mistakes. Target, get it together and teach your employees how to properly pick produce that is fresh and pick the items I order. This isn't the first time this has happened and when you try to go on Target website you can't make a complaint because they don't give you the option so it leaves me with no choice but to give a review on Google.

I tried calling to make sure that they had an item that was showing available online but no one answered after several tries, when I got there they didn’t have the item. 🥲

Terrible experience! Very intimidating to shop in this store when they only focus on loss prevention and not customer satisfaction…. Long self checkout lines, not enough cashiers and the mystery shoppers outweigh actual shoppers. The store also lacks in certain products that other targets certainly have on their shelves.

Understaffed is the first issue, but the biggest is that they never rotate food items. I have bough meat that was spoiled and several times seen expired milk in the fridge….

This is now the second time I’ve come to this target for groceries and found 50% of the shelves completely bare and had to leave to go to another store. What a joke.

I purchased an item at a different target location far from my home (went through self checkout. And the door didn’t go off when leaving) Once I got home, I took the item out of the bag with the receipt and threw it away. The next day I go to put on the shirt and noticed the security tag was still attached. Hoping I could save some time, I drove to the nearest target (btw I called several times and no one answered), Showed them my bank statement with purchase and they still told me that they couldn’t remove the security tag without a receipt. I asked if they were able to look up the item with my debit card information and they told me no. I then called the next closest target location near me, spoke with the wonderful manager there who was able to help me and when I got to the store, what do you know… they had me stick my debit card in the machine, scanned the item and they were able to take the tag off for me. Thanks for wasting my time and big thanks for the horrible customer service I received at the customer service desk…. When I asked for a manager she wouldn’t even come out to explain to me why they couldn’t take the tag off… she had the associate come out and repeat what he already told me. “Without proof of purchase we can’t take the tag off.” … if you need some more guidance on how to run a store I’d suggest calling one of your other locations for training… seems like you need it.

The reason I am giving this branch one star is because of the customer service and wait time for a in store pickup. At the front desk area where your online pick up and registry order is. There are no Organize lines, but at the return and exchange you have organize lines to direct you where to wait. When i asked a customer where do you wait for online pick up orders. He directed me to the left side front counter. There was one customer ahead of me. The other one was picking up a large item, and i was next for my online order waiting 30 minutes for my
item. When it was my turn, the associate took the customer at the return line and ignored me at the online pickup area.
. Telling me that she did not see me there when i was at the front counter near the two tablets waiting patiently, where it says online pickup order and registry. The system is flawed please fix it, my time and the time of other customers are very valuable.
