Used to be great until they sold out their customer base. Sad to see the general direction of the company. I used to love shopping here, and even worked at a different store. I hope their risk calculations were worth it, but their stock price doesn’t seem so lol

After looking around the store for 15 minutes I asked 2 employees where I could find patches for an air mattress. In a mocking tone, one of them told me to go look where the air mattresses were. If I had known their location, I wouldn't have asked. The other employee: Daniel offered to show me where they were. After showing me they were out of stock, I had explained to Daniel that I was not impressed by the hostility demonstrated to me for making a simple request that was well within their job descriptions. Daniel told me that Phyllis is a vendor responsible for the phone service at the store. He assured me that Phyllis is just naturally hostile and that I shouldn't let her sly remarks bother me so much because he knows her personally. I went to customer service and explained the situation to the "shift lead" at the time and he did not seem very concerned a vendor had disrespected a guest in such an openly crude manner. Why even is a phone vendor wandering the sales floor shooting the breeze with an employee? Why did Daniel let his buddy who is not even an employee disrespect a guest? I don't understand how no employees here really care about the guest experience in this manner given how easily this situation could be avoided. If Phyllis doesn't work here why is she answering my question?

This target is very busy , the bathrooms are always very dirty, they don’t semi to have people tidying them up or checking in a regular basis, the place is dirty and disorganize in general. Lastly the employees do not seem very happy and are not helpful

CONSISTENTLY, the prices at checkout are WRONG! This time, Orange Juice was charging 90 cents more. And we had to wait to prove it with a picture. The coffee creamer was coming up as 0.00 and had to wait for a lookup, and then the person behind us, the scanner didn't work on her water.
Why can't you all figure this out?!?
And I am only leaving this review because in your own survey, you said "hey want to leave a review?" I have done the survey multiple times, left feedback and spoke with people at the customer service desk. No one cares and I think it might be intentional to rip off people.
So advice - if you shop at Target make sure you check the prices at the register CAREFULLY! Or you will be ripped off. Frankly, this is so consistent, they are stealing money from people.

The young man, I think his name started with J. who delivered my order via drive up. Around 10:00 pm he was rude, he asked for my last name, when I told him, he told me with attitude that it was incorrect and that I should show him the code. When he saw it he threw the bag through the passenger window, when I specified that they give it to me in the driver's window. He walked away and when he got to the door he yelled at me from afar that the pick up was for (my husband), not for me, I responded that the order clearly says that both me and my husband could pick it up, and with an arrogant attitude he replied "OK",he did not apologize or do anything to check his phone again and to see that I could do it too, what need do I have as the mother of a little girl who has asthma attacks, who went to buy a nebulizer at 10:00 pm, to deal with a spoiled, arrogant and desperate boy?

Cashiers keep miss scanning clearance items. I need to more vigilant on checking that. The atmosphere so fast-paced and rude. I just try to get out as soon as possible.

Like I said in my past review, the 2 young girls that were very rude to me and my son should be fired. You want me to spend money in your store but couldn't even answer where the product was because you were coming back from a break, and they were extremely rude shoeing me away and told me flat out, I'm not answering your question because we're on break and shoed me away.
(I asked where the cards were?).

The worst customer service I have ever received from a target manager in the customer service department, named Elizabeth. Especially during preparation for a major hurricane approaching us. So unlikely from Target, I’m super disappointed.

This is the second time that I’ve received a same day delivery order and had items missing and they’re telling me it’s nothing they can do because the items left the store. Well excuse me between the store to my house several things could’ve happened but for you to put blame on the customer is unacceptable. Don’t worry about it I won’t be shopping here for a while. As expensive as groceries are they’re ripping people off making excuses as to why you’re not receiving your items that you paid for is insane…. NEVER AGAIN!

There are no people working to help show you where certain things are.you always have difficulty finding a salesperson except up near the registers.....crazy . There are always the several exceptional nice people who will help , when u finally find them LOL

Has cameras on back side truck illegal.rimn8ng of car tags n fake paperwork. Be on look out capital theft ring with tow trucks....
