They illegally towed my neighbor’s car, then they lied that it was for an expired registration. She caught them trying to take it and they charged her over the fl statues required amount of 1/2 the cost of a normal tow to put the car down. She’s a single mom and now has to deal with civil court actions to get her money back. Cop that came out was no help.

The driver stopped answering my calls after he picked up my truck and he side swiped a pole and damaged my door so bad that it will hardly open or close the company has been avoiding my calls I filed a claim and have heard nothing back DO NOT USE!Service: Car towing

The company that I'm selling my junk car to uses Taurus Towing in my area and I scheduled for pickup this morning between 7a-11a.Its 11a now and I've tried reaching them multiple times through call/text and still have gotten no ETA whatsoever.I contacted the company I'm selling my car to and they weren't able to reach them either.Bad communication and no respect for being reasonable about other people's time.

They broke the front and the back pieces off my car and it will cost me $1800 to get it repaired. The driver was in a big hurry and did a very poor job and Taurus needs to make it right. I will fight them till they own up to their responsibility of the damage their towing caused.Service: Local hauling

Fast and reliable. Call to get my vehicle towed because I broke down on the highway. Called Taurus towing and they respond and was there in 20minutes. Truck was clean and smelled really good would recommend this company anytime ???

Horrible service, very unprofessional company. They will make a mistake and aren't attentive to the time you ask them to pick up the vehicle. Once you aren't available at 'their' time, they will burn you. They also won't answer their phone calls. Take your money and service elsewhere to someone more trustworthy.
