You're gonna love this one: PII Disclosure
I went into this branch to get a new credit card because my expiration is close. While the teller was getting me authenticated to my account I noticed a cut up card on her desk. I couldn't believe the complete negligence in protecting PII data.
Once I got my new card, I asked the teller nicely for my old card back as she was about to cut it with scissors. She exclaimed, and said that she can't give me my card back. I replied that it's my property and I can dispose of it properly.
I brought up the card that was in the open. I asked her if she knew what PII data is and how to properly dispose of cards? She didn't know what PII was, was reluctant and offended that I brought this up. Please look at the camera feed for today.
Anyways, the manager came up and I told her about it and she said it was not okay and that she would bring it up. I don't believe her and the best way to show this is to put it public :) Please hold the parties responsible.
Unlike the teller I had the audacity to hide the card number and name of the individual before putting here. Please take security more seriously. Scissors are not meant to cut cards - use the machine that you have and stop being so offended when people point out what's wrong.

I went into the branch today to open an account and was turned away because the branch was closing at 1pm and it was 12:30pm. The experience was not welcoming. I won’t be back to this branch.

this is the best location by far! staff is courteous, friendly and happy to help their patrons. they always address myself and staff by name and have smiles when they greet you. Awesome location

Absolutely terrible service. Got in at 2:20pm with no one in line. 3 tellers at the front desks just kept telling me to wait so I can do my 2 business deposits. I will never go to this branch and I’m so glad my own business does not use TD bank. They should be ashamed. I waited over 15 minutes just standing there while 3 people just looked at their computers.
