Scanned the QR code and got logged in, Waited for 15 minutes and no response from the assistant manager, so I went over to check , and this African American told me that I'm in line but she's leaving and can't help me.
So, I asked if there are tellers that can do a check since my CD matured and all I wanted to do is withdraw every penny and go. She said NO, it has to be done on the manager side.
So, I waited another 15 minutes and the other came and asked me my request, I told him and he said the teller can do it, so I asked him why did the previous manager said NO before, and he took offense and asked me if I wanted to sit and wait? I said no, I waited already 30 minutes.
And it took another 15 minutes for the 3rd manager to come to the teller's area to sign the check.
ALL IN ALL, 45 MINUTES TO WITHDRAW MY MATURED CD!!!!
THIS IS THE PITTS!!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!
I'M GLAD I TOOK ALL MY MONEY OUT OF TD BANK - AMERICA'S MOST LAZY BANK!!!!!!!

Was prejudice , in 2024 color of skin still matters , my client wrote me a check and I went to cash it , they don’t help me then tell me to I have to take it back and they can’t give me more info, then she writes on his check. Terrible service to the people. My ancestors built this country for someone who is a minority as well to treat us this way , will reach out to corporate to file complaint

I needed to withdraw $12,000. The teller said she could do $6,000. I said ok. I told her that I was retired because I knew they would be asking me what I did for a job. Then she asked me what I had retired from and she needed specifics of my previous job. After all of that, the manager said she couldn't give me the money. That is the worst branch I have gone to and from the reviews many other people have had bad experiences there also.

Pfff, I'm sure it's the worst bank in the US, first and last time I come to this place. I mean, the delay is horribly excessive, the staff that serves you is disrespectful and carefree with your banking matters.

William helped me a lot both times I went, very good service from him, sometimes the clients are not direct enough and they make the banker's job more difficult, I returned to this bank thanks to William since I got all the answers I wanted when I Just as he was very kind!!

I was served by a certain William, a very rude young man, I don't think he is qualified for customer service, especially not in a bank, I went to get a card and he treated me contemptuously, of course I didn't get it, nor will I get it.

Terrible service. Had to wait in line for over 30 minutes just to do a dang deposit. Hire more tellers or something. It should be this hard at all or take this long.

This branch is one of the worst. I th8nk the higher management should definitely look into it. The customer service is so bad. The bankers in here only their benefit and whatever is easy for them. I came with some quarters to deposit which I got from one of my customers in my store. They simply didn't take it saying there are sand on the money. They didn't want to touch it hence they justified the money is not good. If the bank refused to take money then what is the purpose of us banking in there. The same quarters I deposited in next day to Bank of America without any issue.

Rude workers, can’t even deposit money without an issue. This bank never informs their customers of their changes throughout the year. There should not be all these rules for depositing and taking out your own money. Any suggestions for another bank?
