This is the worst branch customer service I’ve ever received. I went there to close my account and the bank representative didn’t explain in good terms why she could not close my account, not even showed empathy or asked questions on why I wanted to close my account. She said phone specialists and bank representative work in a different way even though is the same bank, unbelievably. Go somewhere else if you want a good service as a customer.

I recently opened a business and personal account at this branch and I was really Happy about it.
Leah assisted me and she was super kind and patient.
I went back to do a couple of other banking things, each with a different person, and I was treated the same way.
I feel really good that I bank here.

katie at the University Branch went above and beyond to help me with a misdirected mail issue. Katie is very personable and an
asset to TD Bank. I will continue banking with this branch in particular.

The Employees are always going above and beyond to please it's customers. Case in point.I visited the bank a few weeks ago.And,one of the representatives (Katelin Coulson) mentioned that TD bank is offering a higher interest rate for Savings accts(if you conduct 3 transactions a month).
I'm so grateful that Katelin mentioned this to me.She also recommended me, to speak w/ a financial advisor. Katelyn is very knowledgeable.and super polite. She also mentioned other programs to help benefit my accounts.I'm very satisfied with the Customer service at this TD bank location. A job well done ! Thanks Katie !

I recently applied for a line of credit and after dealing with other banks in the past, I was quite pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my experience was with Nicolas and the team at TD Bank. They were knowledgeable, had excellent communication, and seamlessly got us through the whole process.

Have had an incredibly poor experience with this branch. My inquiries about my direct deposit bonus have gone unheard and ignored. Justine and the bankers at this branch have screwed me over my bonus for the last six months.
