I have a Tesla for 4 years. Always a nice experience and friendly staff. The place is clean I wish they had bottled water while service is taking place

Buying a car from Tesla is an absolute nightmare. The app is terrible and it is impossible to get through to them by phone.

If, I could give a no star rating I would. In the past 18 months I have had 3 tire blowouts on the highway. Each has left me stranded while awaiting help from Tesla roadside service ( an unpleasant experience would be a vast understatement). After not hearing anything back from Tesla Roadside, I was able to contact the service department of my dealership directly. I explained to them how the car began to shake and that pieces of the tire well literally peeled off. They instructed me to have the vehicle towed to them (a distance of 114 miles). When we arrived at 5:04 pm, I was rudely advised that they were closed, though the door was open and the place full of employees. I explained what happened, told them that I was instructed by Tesla to have the car towed to their location, and showed them pictures I had taken of the car. Without offering to come outside and look at the car, I was abruptly told by an individual behind the desk that it was a collision problem and that I must have hit something, (which itself was both insulting and rather condescending). I then asked if they could help me, to which I was again told “we don’t do collision work”. After being stranded on a dangerous stretch of open highway, walking 3 miles to find a safe place to wait for the tow truck, and following the instructions given to me by Tesla, it was not only disappointing, but downright insulting to be treated like I was imposing on their time. Tesla may have a good name, but my experiences with them speak otherwise. It may be fun buying the new vehicle from them, but God help you if something goes wrong later.

Really sad experience here I was about to preorder mine model Y I made mine appointment for 3 pm I was there at 230pm it’s 330pm and the car is not back yet I wanted to test it before I buy it. There’s something that I like to do when I purchase a new vehicle and more when it comes to electrical card. Sorry I’m not shopping over here anymore. Very sad Experians overall

Not sure what I was expecting but a jungle gym was not that. We were in the market to buy a car, but this was tough to explore the available models with the recess-like chaos ensuing. For anyone in the Orlando area truly interested in buying, don't come here.

Angel is a fantastic manager working at this location. He’s well mannered well dignified and joy to get answers to our doubts I suggest management to promote him to next level and give credit for all his hard work .

At best a 2 star. Loved my Plaid originally… then the repair issues started. Rattling in the roofline, the covering on the steering wheel began peeling off, the driver seat stuck all the way back so my wife could not drive the car, plus multiple recalls including the drive side airbag, and getting appointments for service is often 3-4 weeks. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TESLA

I ordered a model y. And was expecting the $7500 rebate. I live in the Orlando area and was notified 12/31 at 4:00pm that the vehicle is in Miami and if I don’t pick it up today I won’t get the rebate.

I bought a Model X and had two deliveries canceled. One was due to a delay in the transportation - I am fine with that, things happen. But the second one about one week later they sent me a text message saying that If I don't go pick up the car they would pass it to the next customer. Even though I did not pick the day they wanted me there for the second round, I rescheduled all my appointments for the day and went there to find out that the car was not in the premises yet and they had not run the diagnostics to release the car. I was sent home with no car. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Before you go pick up your car make sure it is really ready.

Went for a test ride and I have to say they have a nice car. The dealership is expanding so it's a little crowded there

Do not buy Tesla. My $60k system was installed and paid for Dec 2021. It has never worked correctly and Tesla has zero after install support. They schedule service, try something, problem reoccurs, two months for next appointment, try something else, reoccurs, another 2 months for service, on and on. 7 months now and still not fixed.

Was considering trading in my Jaguar F-Type for a Tesla. Went to the Show Room at Florida Mall. Two girls were working in the show room. After 15 minutes of looking at the suv they finally looked up from their cell phones after I asked “what’s the easiest way to open these recessed doorhandles“. The girl reluctantly comes over to show me. I stated that it’s a very beautiful car but I’m not impressed with the doorhandles. The girl follows up by saying to me “we’re not that impressed with you either”. I said to her “then I guess there’s nothing else for us to talk about” and I walked out of the store in utter disbelief that I was treated that way. Absolutely ruined my entire day replaying that kind of rudeness directed at me over and over in my mind. I’m not wanting or expecting a “ form letter” apology from management, just take a note that when customers are treated that way they will never purchase a Tesla in their lifetime.
