It is incredible to read these reviews since my experience with this shop has been a nightmare. I dropped off piece in Feb for finishing. Was contacted in May because pictures taken of how I wanted finished were lost— mind you the owner took with her phone. It is now 10/28 and nothing. I have repeated asked for the piece to be returned to me. I call and have been given one excuse after another as to why can’t return. I think the piece is lost and the owner is not honest with me. So sad but guess next move is with attorney because I am not getting the truth.

I love this little shop, it’s so cute on the inside and the staff is super welcoming and friendly. Definitely love coming here for supplies and eyeing all the embroidery.

The staff is always very helpful, always interested in the project I’m working on. The selection and quality of tapestries and needlepoint thread is excellent. I’ve just received the second pillow that they finished from a tapestry I completed. They had excellent suggestions, and the finished products are perfect.

The staff is always helpful and interested in whatever project I'm working on. The selection of tapestries, yarns, and threads is also excellent. I've just received the second pillow that they have made from a tapestry I've completed. They had very helpful suggestions, and the finished product is everything I could hope for. They are the best.

Amazing selection of threads, ribbons beads and so much more. Brilliant friendly staff and I found some unusual items for gifts for my sewing friends. This is well worth a visit if you are interested in any kind of sewing crafts.
