Terrible experience. We’ve been to this Children’s Place before and customer service was fine but this time it was horrible. The sales associate Nyasia at the register deceived my mom into thinking she would use points from her account to get a discount on the clothes she was purchasing and in the end asked many questions like her address, and other information and used it to sign her up for the credit card without her knowledge. She told us that my mom “was approved” which we didn’t understand because she did not tell us anything about a credit card. Then she was rude and said that she should have read what was on the card swiper even though she had told us it would be for the discount. I assume she gets commission and she took advantage of the situation by deceiving and not being clear of what was going on. The manager comes to assist us and says that we can’t cancel the card there and we have to cancel by calling the phone number which doesn’t make sense why they can’t just cancel it at the store. The whole situation was strange and the sales associate was very disrespectful throughout the whole thing. We’re definitely not shopping here again.

Horrible experience! Personal Shoppers, specially in Orlando and Miami area are a plus to all the stores, bringing way more volume to the stores. It’s a huge business and this store besides the fact having as a police that we can not work with there brand one of the managers treated me badly. Make completely sense the bad reviews here about the bad customer experience.

A horrible experience, the employees treat Hispanic people horrible and if they don't like them they don't charge them at the register. The supervisor treats the children very badly and sends them to pick up the clothes from the floor with a great attitude and the parents of the children ask her to speak calmly that they are children and she comes out with attitudes towards people. She attends the cash register with disgust and super rude.

The manager was AMAZING! I came in a couple of weeks ago and she helped me trade a couple of items from an online purchase to an instore purchase! I was sooooo thankful to her!

I have bought in this place because I like some of their clothes for my daughters, but today I left disappointed by the rude, unpleasant and unprofessional way that apparently a manager there spoke to me, she was very rude, ill-mannered. one of the worst customer servers

The worst place to buy children's clothes, in no other store had it happened to me that they did not want to change or accept the return, terrible customer service. At your own risk if you want to buy here.I’m upset. The last year 2021, I made almost a total of $2,000 in purchases between the store and online; I have bought all kinds of clothes, accessories, shoes, and uniforms for my daughters and my nephews, and today I went to the store located in International Dr. Orlando Florida, store # 1750, they did not want me to make a CHANGE of 3 pants that my daughters did not fit, I took my purchase receipt, and the pants have all their labels. Of course, they are in new condition.The employees and even the manager were very rude, and they laughed at my husband and me because we speak Spanish; they told us that they could not make changes, what?, a couple of months ago I made this purchase and what is the reason why they do not want to change the clothes, that does not happen in any other store.Leaving there, I spent more than 500 dollars on clothes for my daughters between Gap and Oshkosh; the terrible attitude of your employees and your absurd policies made me choose other options. Of course, I will not shop at Children's Place again, and I will escalate this issue until you return or exchange the pants that do not fit my daughters.

The website stated it opens at ten on Fridays and Saturdays and on their door hours it stated it opened at these hours yet I'm at the store and they refuse to open it until 11 so I'm stuck here waiting... one lady is even calling the general manager because there is about six of us waiting at the door !

Visiting from out town and received horrible customer service and was completely ignored. I left and went to another store at a different outlet. I will never Come back to the one at Orlando international outlet again
