I saw a knight letter opener here that looked really cool. It was $120 and I decided to get it. When it arrived I was taking it out of the box and the facemask broke on it. We ended up finding the same exact knight on amazon for $23. The price at Disney was insane and should not be that high. I would not buy from this shop again.

You will find authenticated copies of the origin of your family names, coats of arms, crests, rings, embroidered coats of arms, medallions of your family names can be made on personalized orders which will be sent to you.
Super friendly service.
Prices vary from $25 to $500 depending on the item ordered.
Plus, it's the only store on Disney that offers a military discount, which is extremely appreciated.

Talk about unique! I felt like I was in my comfort zone. They have a little bit of everything and everything you did not know you needed. The set up of the store and decorations are spot on in my book. You feel like you have been transported to a different place.

They shipped my order to me and an item was missing. No number to call to follow up.

I paid to ship three items to my home address. Only two arrived. Buyer beware, unless you're taking your items with you from the shop do not trust their offered shipping service.

Had a family crest ring made. It is beautifully made. The staff kept me up to date on my order and it actually arrived earlier than expected.

Located inside of Disney's Epcot inside of the United Kingdom Pavillion. Great spot to look up your family's name and crest and grab a unique souvenir for your last name. The variation of my name never seems to come up with these things, but Abby and Kass were quick to assist and see what they could find in their system. Kudos to them. At this shop, you can also find Guinness themed merchandise and traditional pre-packaged snacks.

I just bought a really nice sweatshirt but am on the road not even in florida anymore, and just saw the security tag with ink in it. Please don’t forget to take them off. not sure what i’m going to do i spent 80 dollars for it to just be toast if the ink bleeds onto my sweatshirt.

Spent 175 dollars on a crest and when I received it the name was spelled incorrectly. No phone number to contact anyone, spoke to Disney who houses the shop but nothing they can do as it’s a 3rd party vendor. They just gave me an email address for them. I have sent multiple emails to them with copies of issues with product, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Wouldn’t waste my time with this place unless its a product you can leave the store with as mine had to be made and shipped. Just got screwed out of 175 dollars.

The new stuff is cute and the cast members quickly handled an exchange when I got the wrong size.

This was the first time that I've been to Epcot Park in 8 years. I decided to go back during the most crucial time in our lives the pandemic. I have to tip my hat off to Disney World. They've did a wonderful job on keeping everything well maintained, clean, training the staff around the COVID19 situation.I never felt not safe at Disney World. Their guidelines is no drinking or eating while walking. You must be stationary to do that. They ask you to put your mask up if it's down for a second.About the park, they were doing some type of construction, which made the entry a little confusing at first. Once we made it, it was nice to see that it was food and wine month at Disney. Wine is our favorite time. Since I was there 8 years ago, so much has altered from rides, to drinks etc;We traveled around the worlds and stopped for a beer or wine at every single country. It was a fun experience. The last time we went together that wasn't an opportunity because the kids were small. Now 1 of them is able to join in the fun with us.They've made changes with some of the rides, for the good for sure. If you want something to eat you must order on the phone and wait until it's ready. Where as if you're sitting and eating and decide you need something else, you must order it via the app again. You can tell them and they'll put you ahead of the queue, which is nice and helpful.Overall Epcot is my favorite park.

For me Epcot is the park you choose to go to avoid the chaos of Disney. In my opinion it's the most relaxing park and it's al the park you're probably gonna spend the most money on food and drinks. The rides, for the most part are slow moving, with exception to Mission Space and Test Track. The rest are slow moving, let's get out of the heat rides. Now I will say, if you want to do the frozen ride, you need to get to the park early, get in line because that line gets super long, even now with the park at limited capacity. Now main reason for Epcot is the festivals that they have to showcase foods from different countries. The food is semi reasonably priced but when you hit 6-7 different stands, it adds up. Briefly, the alcohol they serve at each country is excellent, again, a little pricy but you're paying the Mickey Mouse tax. The food, for me, it's hit or miss, but that's the joy of being able to choose which place you want to eat. Some of it, in my opinion, looks like the bought bulk Costco and are cooking it up.But for the most part it's fun to walk to the different countries, go into their areas and stores and see things you wouldn't normally get a chance to see. You may not get the thrilling rides at Epcot but you will get a chance to relax and just enjoy your vacation.
