If you in Orlando this is your laundromat...First it has ac(like piping ac), secondly its clean the bathroom was GREAT, pleasant staff, and the location amazing(did laundry, grocery shopping, got a mani/pedi and went to the hair store all without moving my car). You guys are locked into my Orlando laundry location..let me not forget they do dry cleaning and laundry drop off

I love this place! Staff is friendly and kind. The place is always clean. It's easy to pay thru app. Rest room are always clean. Family friendly and if you are in a rush they clean your clothes for a few.

I’ve visited here a couple of times out of convenience to my location. The dryers are very expensive 1.50 no matter even if you have one small load. And it’s set at 30 minutes so you’ll have to wait if you don’t want to forfeit your 1.50

This is like my 3rd time visiting this location and not sure if I'll be back. The facility is fairly clean and affordable; HOWEVER the workers are not the nicest or welcoming. They have no problem chatting and laughing amongst eachother but as far as customers, they will literally stare you down but won't greet you with a hello or give a smile. It seems they are nicer to the visitors of Hispanic background. Not a very welcoming feeling at all. Customer service needs work

Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for a laundromat with excellent service, look no further The Laundry room is the place to go.
Thank you, Isabella, for making laundry day a breeze! Highly recommend this place because of her outstanding service and for the excellent machines that they have, I do wish they had a tap for card I do find it inconvenient that its coin operated and an app that the money that's left over in there is basically lost, that's the only down side that I find it to have.
