Staff are exceptional some of the best costumer service I've ever had the amount of knowledge and advice and help I received was out standing and appreciated. My husband and I have frequented this shop for the past year. All of the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Any time I’m seeking a recommendation to switch things up, they give me a great option and I’m always pleased with it! I recently had gotten one defective product (out of the many I’ve gotten from here) and they swapped it out with no issues! I can definitely defend the shop in the bad review someone left, as I’m sure they were friendly and doing their best to rectify the misunderstanding with the customer. They will absolutely go out of their way to be kind and helpful. But I’m sure their video/ audio can prove that regardless. Very clean shop with high quality pieces of absolute ART and very friendly staff all around. Thank you guys!
