I actually didn’t stay on this property, but I did have a lot of questions regarding this property and what types of amenities they had to offer. The phone call was picked up by Jordan. He is an experience expert for sure. He was able to answer every question I had and I will definitely be booking with you in the future!

So disappointed !Arrived at 5:30 pm the room was not ready . Was told it needed a second look from being cleaned. No big deal we went to the lounge and had a snack. 20 minuites later the room was ready. We went to the room with a newborn baby walked in and the smell of pee was overwhelming !I called and got zero helpSomeone from housekeeping came and asked could they dry the carpet. I said no I want a new room. When I walked to the front desk I was told the manager stepped out - come on now.But they had a new room for me. So now I’m lugging a newborn baby and all of our luggage to a new floor and a new corner. However here is the crazy partThey came in and made the couch into a bed and it was covered in urine still sopping wet !!! And wore gloves.I then called the manager from my new room to let him know the couch was covered in urine.Then we called for our car to go to dinner. This was at 7:30 pm8 pm still no car standing outside with a newborn babyKept asking and was told they were getting it .8:15 checked app and seen car was right beside us they lost the car and the keys. So 20 min later we got the keys and could go to dinner.What a shameYou pay 5 star prices and get a 1 star experience.

Never been so disappointed than I am right now with this location. Booked two rooms with notes for adjoining or connecting as an ambassador elite customer. Also requested a 2pm checkout on Sunday, which is Easter. I followed up with a phone call to verify.My wife and daughter arrived to check in today, no connecting, no adjoining, and no late checkout. And zero attempt to try and help. They were not even offered our welcome gift or the points. I stayed in a Marriott every night this week and received those from 2 & 3 star Marriotts. Your front desk is lackluster at best.When asked for different room type to maybe solve the situation, my family was told nothing available in a hurried manner without any attempt other than to get them away from the desk.We are a great customer to Marriott and have been ambassador elite for years. It just is very frustrating that means zero to your hotel.Save the emails, the cards, and the letters if it’s pointless.

Wish i could review. An unexpected trip to Orlando, last minute family obligation. Was turned away at the desk because i had no reservation. Was told i could download an app and make a reservation right now. But could not be helped by the checkin counter. Fine. Dont take my money. Place did look nice.

We just stayed for the weekend - was exception from start to finish. The employees are all kind and willing to help - sometimes when not asked. Everyone anticipates what’s needed - makes the stay incredible.One employee truly stood out to us - Ernie, he was our bell hop! Remembering little details, great conversation and up until the last moment of loading the car, he was one favorite person there! We hope we see him when we come to stay again! Thanks for making the kids feel welcome, too! And remembering who their favorite teams were - they felt so special!The people at this hotel are what make the experience so great! We can honestly say we didn’t encounter one that wasn’t an A+!

Really enjoyed the Ritz service together with the JW Marriott lazy river waterpark next door. We hardly left the property in over a week. The room was very quiet and in excellent condition. The restaurants on property were wonderful. If they are fully booked, try walking in and asking.

Overall we had a lovely time! Highball & Harvest was awesome. The food, service, and live music made it one of the highlights of our trip. Also loved the spa. Ask for Elizabeth - she is amazing! The grounds were beautiful - got to do a lot of walking along the water. Also the pool had such a great vibe - not too crowded and staff was kind.
