Our recent stay at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club and Lodge on October 7-8 was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional attention to detail and personalized service provided by the entire team, especially Food and Beverage. They went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's 30th birthday celebration extra special, with thoughtful touches and genuine care that left a lasting impression. Our stay was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and luxury. The dining experiences were exquisite, the surroundings stunning, and the service impeccable. Our room was surprisingly comfortable, and we had no problem getting a great night's rest before playing golf the next morning.I want to extend our deepest gratitude to the entire staff for their dedication to making our stay truly exceptional. Bay Hill Club and Lodge has earned its esteemed reputation because of the exceptional people who work tirelessly to ensure their guests feel cherished.Thank you for adding that extra layer of magic to our stay, and we look forward to returning in the near future. Bay Hill Club and Lodge is, without a doubt, a gem that we will always treasure.

Came to play in a golf tournament. Did not stay in the hotel so I can't speak to the rooms. The golf course was in good shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved hearing stories about Mr. Palmer in the mens locker room. The cart girls were great. I especially remember Cassidy as I thought she went over and beyond for me when I wanted something, hot chocolate as it was chilly that morning. She didn't have it but she ran inside and made it for me and brought it to me. Overall great experience and I would definitely drive back from Tampa to come play here again.

Average for this price . There was a big black snake when I just wanted to openthe door and have a little walk outside….I don’t know if that happened to visitors often there or just my luck.

Make sure to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure!If you are looking for a wonderful place to play golf, this is the place to be. The course is very good and you'll savor every second that you play in it.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We felt very safe here. It was clean. The balconies were nice on the second floor. The night shift front desk staff and house keeping were kind. I believe his name was Wiliks, the night shift front desk staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. He even helped sort out a matter with expedia and helping us without us even asking. Me and the guests with me highly recommend this hotel!

Great service and wonderful staff. The pork belly was the best smoked pork I've expressed in my 46 years of life. Simply the best.

What a dream come true! It is not the cheapest golf experience out there but I think every golf fan should stay and play here. Unless you are a member, you need to book a room in order to get a tee time. There are two restaurants, a bar, and a halfway house for food. The food was okay, nothing special but you are not hear for the food anyways. Get a caddie. It adds a whole other element to the day!

Great place to visit. Enjoyed the services and the staff. Unfortunately got rained out for golf. Will have to do that another time. The rooms are very outdated. The chairs in the room were showing a significant amount of wear. The outdoor furniture appeared to be in very bad shape. The room had a hutch which is totally out of date. Need to have some kind of desk to fit more with current times. The rooms are what you would call tired.

The lodge is a good place to stay for the golf course guests. The driving range and facilities are just a short walk away. We had breakfast in the restaurant both days of our stay, and were checked for collar shirts each time (which we wore to the staff’s sigh of relief). On the putting green somebody from the staff disapproved of the adidas joggers my 14 year old was wearing and asked to change into khaki shorts. Not sure if my pants were too colorful either so I changed into different shorts as well. We also were reminded to tug our shirts in which we had. Juniors pay the same as adults (same green fee) and are not allowed into the member locker. We wanted to watch the World Cup soccer final on one of their six TV screens but unfortunately one has to be older than 18 (and we’re asked to leave). We ended up watching the soccer game in our hotel room. When our tee time arrived we had the same caddie for two days who caddied for the foursome. He made sure we kept pace with the group ahead and gave us the distances (the carts do not have GPS). I was hoping for the caddy to help with the club selection and provide guidance on what type of shots to hit. The course itself is fun to play, with challenging water and bunker hazards. It is not a scenic course with the holes going through neighborhoods with close by homes. It looks different to what you see on TV, and hole 18 has a very tiny putting green. Overall there are better suited places for junior golfers than Bay Hill where the membership seems to prefer being amongst themselves. Maybe a resort course is better suited for a father/son weekend golf trip.

Checked off the bucket list. The rooms are somewhat outdated and don't expect to have any updated electronic charging outlets . The golf services are good with unlimited range and other practices. The overall course condition is very good given we came in after Nichole storm. The layouts are not that difficult but long. We played from the Yellow tees. IMO is was a little underwhelming. It's a type of course that play it once if you don't live in the area.

A few weeks ago I went on a weekend vacation to Bay Hill my brother and friends and as a golfer of over 20 years I'm sad to say we were incredibly underwhelmed. Let me get this straight, the golf was excellent. Beautiful course and our caddie Mike was the man. That being written, the customer service was and is abysmal. We paid for our lodging well in advance but have since been double charged for the rooms. We've all had to get our banks involved. They have been less than helpful and I don't hesitate in writing that Arnold Palmer would be sad to see his club run in this manor. I've been a Florida resident for 30 years and love the city of Orlando, but if you want to play Bay Hill, stay somewhere else besides the resort.
