The Spot staff has been so kind and helpful. I came to The Spot for passport applications. Due to my own errors, I had to return a total of 5 times! The team at The Spot was so gracious and helpful to me in this stressful process.

DO NOT follow the directions on Google Maps. They will not take you where you need to go. The Spot is located where the UCF Campus Store is. I was able to find parking on Andromeda Circle.
I went in at 11:00 am to apply for my passport. I had the application filled out online, printed it, and brought it with me, so it made the process a lot easier and faster. I was in and out in 15 minutes, including getting my picture taken. The young lady who helped me was very nice and made the process super easy. I would definitely pick this place over the post office.

A family member suggested we go here for our two month old son’s passport. We arrived with our application and supporting documents. Check the official passport website for all that is needed.
Abby was the best! She took good care of us and assisted us within 20 minutes to get my renewal and my son’s passport applications and photos mailed out. I felt so relieved when I walked out that door.

The Customer Service I received from this place is amazing!!!!! I went to do my passport this morning and it was very fast, easy no wait in the morning with professional employees. 10 out 10 recommend

Staff here is racist and very disrespectful at times don't download things on their computers or they will single you out making you sit directly in front of them as they monitor you and look over your shoulder even when your printing confidential information. Will be escalating the issue as this goes completely against UCF guidelines.

We went to The Spot to get passports for our children. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was quick and easy to get in and out. Make sure you fill out the forms very carefully and read the information on the government website ahead of time. But they do a great job checking for any mistakes or missing information.
