I went in the store a few weeks ago to order some samples and they never arrived. I tried to call the office number, but the voicemail is full. These people are not reliable.

This was one of the smoothest parts of our home redesign. Tatiana is helpful and responsive. She made sure that our measurements were accurate and we had the actual number of rolls we needed. She sent plenty of samples and even bigger samples when I needed more to make a clear decision. She even recommended a great installation team. We will use her again.

Tatiana is an absolute gem! She is knowledgeable, patient, and gives such great advice when selecting wallpaper. She even connected me with an excellent installer. Everything is coming together beautifully in my home. Thank you!!

Awful store , they never told us all sales are final sale. When the wall paper arrived to our house, we didn’t even open them. We went back to the store ask for return. Then the sale told us is final sale there’s a little line on our recipe saying no refund. She didn’t mention a bit before we decided to pay. What’s the point of have the notice on the receipt? So i only allow to know it’s final sale after I payed for them?

We are near completion of building a new home and we wanted a couple areas to have wallpaper. It was daunting to think about what would look great with the materials we have chosen throughout the home. Tatiana provided amazing options and sent photos immediately. She was very attentive! We were able to make a decision within a day and she had it all shipped within a week. We were also given a handful of installer names to get us going in the next month. We are looking forward to seeing the wow factor of this wallpaper in our new home!

This place is amazing! Tatiana was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was so patient, we went back and forth with our choices and she was able to quickly find styles and patterns that she thought were perfect. We ended up choosing wallpaper for 6 rooms and we couldn't me more pleased.I would recommend The Wallpaper Store, and Tatiana for her professional knowledge. Wonderful experience!

The Wallpaper store is amazing! Tatiana was so helpful and kind. She knew her craft. She was able to help us find the perfect wallpaper for 6 of our rooms. She was able to anticipate what we were looking for, and was incredibly patient as we changed minds. This was the most pleasant experience with her and the wallpaper store. 100% recommend!

Tatiana was wonderful to work with and made great recommendations based on my needs. She was able to get us a slight discount and the paper arrived right on time. She even provided recommendations for an installer. I’ll be using the store again for our next wallpaper job!

Tatiana is very friendly and knowledgable. I have a client that we were renovating a house in NJ. I was going for a certain look and Tatiana helped me narrow down the choices that would work for certain rooms.
