I had the absolute worst experience at a mechanic that I've ever had in my life! I was recommended to go to this mechanic because apparently they great service; the owner Mak quoted me a $90 flat rate to diagnose my vehicle.When I got to the shop, I honestly should've just immediately turned around. The shop was dirty and all of the cars in the parking lot were broken down. Even though the owner came out to my car to greet me, that's where the niceties ended. I went to the mechanic because I was having drivability issues with my Kia soul, they stated that they would be able to diagnose the issue, and they would include that cost in the labor once they figured out what was wrong. A young man (whose name I do not know but I've included pictures), began to look at my car. I told him that the car was having drivability issues and he immediately went under my hood and came back in the shop and said your coils and your spark plugs may be bad. Since I have a computer at home I told him that you can't see that on a computer those things won't show up unless there's an issue or my check engine light was on. (I'd also recently in the last two months purchased all new spark plugs and a new coil) he said well if you only change one you're going to have to change all of them. I said we did change every single spark plug. He then said "let me show you what a bad one looks like and what a new one looks like". I then said "okay, if you change those, will it fix my drivability issue?". He responded "look, spark plugs are not that expensive, you should just change all four". I said "money is not the issue, I want my car to run. So I'm not going to waste time doing work that doesn't need to be done". I then asked if they had taken the vehicle for a test drive before assuming it was my spark plugs, he said "no, but I'll do that now".At this point I am beyond annoyed. I go back into the office, and maybe two mins later the young guy comes back and says "does your car always take a long time to accelerate?" I said it takes maybe 10-20 seconds to get to 45 miles per hour. He said "I drove it and it will barely get to 10". Mind you, I drove all the way from Winter Springs in under 30 mins and my car was at 45-55mph the entire time. He took my car back to the garage and then brought me my keys.He then proceeded to spin the most outrageously stupid yarn I've ever heard. "Miss, I don't think the issue is you transmission or your engine. I don't think it's the sparks or coils. It could be something big or something small. I am not sure what it is. But do you see that building next door? Take your car there and the guy is so respectful, everyone there is respectful, and they will take care of you". WHATI then said "so you were unable to diagnose my issue, so you're sending me to another mechanic?" And he said "yes, we can't diagnose it". I said "then what was the point of coming here? Fine, I'm leaving". He yelled "you still have to pay!". So I paid them.Guess what? All of a sudden my car would not go above 10mph. I barely made it to the end of the parking lot before I turned around and went back. The young guy came out and I proceeded to ask him what did he break on my vehicle, and why is my car not accelerating? He stated "it was already like that". I said "BS! I drove it here and it did NOT run like that, whatever you broke, fix it!"He continued to go back and forth with me, then the owner came out and explained that the mechanic wasn't in today, so that's why they couldn't fix my car.I said "so if the mechanic isn't in, what the hell do you guys do! If he isn't a mechanic, why is he touching my car?!". The owner started speaking to the young man in a different language, then asked for my keys and began to work under the hood. Whatever he did the second time around, got my car back
