I just wanted to say that I walked into this store and was greeted by no one. So many employees just kept looking at me and not a single soul had the nerve to come up to me. I was shopping for two specific pieces I saw online for an anniversary. After 15 mins, I was planning on leaving the establishment and was going to shop another store until Wendy came and took over. She did apologize for no one helping me and she really went above and beyond to make my experience worthwhile. I then went ahead and was finished off by Amit who again was amazing. He helped me finish my transaction and over all it was a good customer service experience. It would've been 100% if I hadn't had waited 15 minutes for someone to come and say something to me. I felt like it was from the way I was dressed but thank you Amit and Wendy for being super amazing with me today.

I’ve been collecting T&Co. jewelries for a while now and I have visited T stores around the globe. I had a unique visit with this store! It was my first time to visit this store and it was a very disappointing experience!!! I was the only customer in the store and I was assisted by a male sales agent but as soon as a “rich-looking” man came in, I was passed on to a colleague. Note, this male sales agent is not acquainted with the man that just came in. T&Co., check this employee of yours, he definitely needs a training on customer service!

This review is long overdue, but here it goes. In May of 2021 I was gifted a beautiful set from Tiffany's for my graduation. My experience was amazing from the beginning. The store was incredibly clean and visually appealing. The customer service was amazing, from the bouncer (security guard? Lol), to my sales person, to management. Everyone was so nice and genuine, they were patient and kind. There was no pressure or rushing, and of course they told me how great I looked while trying on pieces. Unfortunately, I was sized incorrectly for the bracelet. However, Tiffany's was ready to correct this issue without hesitation. I called the store and spoke to Celina. She said she could help. I came in soon after and was greeted with gracious hospitality. Celina was not there when I came in, but Sydney and Caroline took excellent care of me and were aware of the issue. They replaced my bracelet no problem. I have since been rocking the gorgeous, classic, silver chain-link Tiffany's set. Sometime last year, I came in for a cleaning. I didn't make an appointment and showed up shortly before closing. I was prepared to be turned away for my lack of planning, but they invited me in like I was their dear friend or family. DAMN! My pieces just look so incredible when they are freshly cleaned. Again it was Sydney who took care of me; she wasn't stressing the clock nor seemed to care that I wasn't spending money this time. She treated me like a valued guest even though I just needed their cleaning services. I truly hope she is in a managerial role by now. Her customer service skills are top notch, personality and energy gleaming. She spoke with me about jewelry sizes and pricing, answering all my questions and offering honest feedback. Thank you Tiffany & Co., you have a customer for life.

Lovely, high-priced jewelry, but the quality is excellent. I stopped by today to get a ring cleaned and I was a little disappointed. I was told it would take two days for it to be cleaned because it's sterling silver. If it had been gold or platinum, it would be ready in an hour. That doesn't seem fair considering I paid over $400 for the ring. Sure, it wasn't a $4,000 piece, but why does a more expensive piece of jewelry get cleaned quicker? That doesn't make sense. However, I'm glad they clean it in store because the last time I wanted to have the ring cleaned, I took it to a different Tiffany & Co location and they shipped it to be cleaned and when I got it back my ring wasn't packaged properly and fell on the floor of my living room before I even opened the box. I'm lucky it didn't fall out in the delivery driver's truck!

Unbelievably rude security guard at the door with horrible black eyebrows and bad gelled hair. One simple basic question and he was incredibly aggressive. You need to hire a guard for your guard or teach customer service.

Just because I don’t look the part doesn’t mean you disregard my business. Everyone who walked in behind me were helped. I however had to ask. Funny how as I’m waking out with that little teal bag I get thanked and noticed. Be better.

My partner got me a ring from tiffany&co online and bought the wrong size. So I personally went to this location to avoid multiple alterations for the size. And A Katz was very helpful, cause as I walked in to the store; he immediately helped me . He even make sure that I got the perfect size for my finger before i left the store. Thank You.

This was the best experience my family had in the mall. The staff were so friendly and professional. Client advisor and gemologist Aaron Katz is stupendous in his service and knowledge of the store and Jewlrey. He treated all of us with so much respect. If you're looking for a piece, go see him, he won't disappoint!

Today's visit at this location was extremely uncomfortable. My fiance and I walked in to shop fragrance and sales person Aaron.Katz was standing in the front of the store staring at us and didn't even greet us. As we were approaching the fragrance wall at the back of the store, he immediately followed us and kept a distance just staring at us without even asking us if we needed assistance. I immediately noticed him and called him over to ask him if the sheer fragrance I was looking at was a eau de toilette or eau de parfum. He rudely answered "excuse me? What are u asking?" I repeated myself and he replied "yes it's a perfume". That didn't answer my question. I continued to ask him more questions like "what is the smallest size u carry? Etc. He replied with short words. I'm not sure if it's his lack of knowledge or discrimination but I felt he was not interested in helping us at all. I finally decided to purchase the fragrance because I loved the smell and he went ahead and rang us up. He did not smile or show any positive emotion the whole time he connected with us. As a store manager I would never want to see any of my clients treated this way by any associate. I felt like I was not treated right at this store and i see Aaron lacks compassion and his performance needs to be reassessed. If I was buying a $100,000 ring would I have been treated the same as I was treated today? Let's think about that for a second. Employees like that makes the company look bad and I don't think I will return at this location to buy the fragrance I love so much in the future due to that horrible experience I had today. This is the first bad in store experience I have had in 29 years and it will definitely not be forgotten. Very disappointing customer service.

This was my first time shopping at a Tiffany & Co. location. Dina made it such a pleasant experience. I wanted to shop for a fragrance for my mother & she helped me choose the perfect item. The store manager, Mimi, came over & introduced herself as well. Such a warming feeling about those ladies. My mom loved her gift, Rose Gold by Tiffany & Co. so much. It was such a great experience, my friend with me went back to purchase for himself. Make sure to ask for Dina, Mimi or Linda on your visit.
