The only bright spot in my car having electrical issues was that Tom and his team were available to help. I got my car fixed in a day and for way less than what the dealership would have charged.

They didn't have my tire size at the moment so they looked for it and gave me a reasonable ETA of the part. They are punctual. The guy who attended me, Mr Tom, was friendly and explained me all I needed to know about my tire replacement and other services.

The worst service I have received so far, I bought some tires and with the purchase they sold me a lifetime warranty. They do not honor this warranty, claiming that they changed their policy. I called the main office and they told me to return for the service and I am here. and they don't want to do it, it seems like a mockery to me, a lack of respect, apart from the fact that they see someone who is a different race and they don't serve you well, they are racist.
