No stars. The worst shop experience I've ever had. Do not let them touch your car. Mavis owns them and were not willing or able to completely rectify the issues this shop created. Anywhere but here.
Update. Still no resolution. Had to pay out of pocket to repair damages done by your team.

I'm sitting here when this mechanic came out to explain what was wrong with an older woman's car. His customer service was truly uplifting. He didn't try to upsell her. He listened to her concerns and showed her the utmost respect. We need more of this in the world.
