This place works magic best customer service and reasonably priced. they found a huge problem on my car that could have been very dangerous after coming in for just a tire change. After showing me the problem they found a solution to this HUGE problem an right before christmas thank you Richard and Jamal for taking the take the time to actually inspect my car this location will forever have my business I wish I could give more stars i definitely recommend coming here !!!!

Jamal, Dorian and Stephen were amazing! I came in with a strange metal sound in the back end and they took the time to find it was a sensor that had come loose. No upsells, lies about things that need to be done- honest and helpful! They didn’t even charge me for diagnostic! Hard to find- highly recommend coming here for your car needs! Thank you

So the “General Manager” Steven just called me to basically tell me I am still wrong and that they did honor their Black Friday deal. Attached below is the Black Friday coupon I found on their website and it clearly states $70 per axle = total of $140 yet I was charged $332. You tell me if this is not a prime example of false advertisement. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people don’t even know how to be empathetic and just follow up with you because you complaint and on top of that is to tell you the paying customer that we are stupid and wrong and they are right. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience, not even a sorry if there was a misunderstanding. Nope, just a call to basically tell you “you’re an idiot and thank you for letting us rob you”
Pathetic customer service and zero resolution skills.

This place had a Black Friday deal listed on their website for a brake pad change for $140 ($70 each axle) when I went to pay and show the associate Steven the online coupon from their OWN website, he said it wasn’t valid and proceeded to charge me $332 for a brake pad change. I’ve contacted their corporate site but have not heard back. This company is a joke and have false advertisement. I hope a district manager reads this or something that actually cares about customer service and reaches out to me. I even have a copy of the invoice.

They were shorthand and my car was ready at the end of the day .
