***This is a review of Tires Plus on Kirkman******Love how they changed their name to rid of bad reviews!I feel like I just got punked.. I called at 3:46 to see if they have availability for an oil change. He asked what vehicle and I said 21 Sonata and he said yes they can and I said I’m heading your way. Got there 45 minutes later as it takes 35 to drive there and was told that in the 45 it took me to get there another 21 Sonata took the filter and they can change my oil with out changing the filter. Who would pay for an oil change and not change the filter? How stupid. I did not see another Sonata in any of the bays or in the lot. There is no way another Sonata got a oil change in under 45 min. I’ve been here before and it is always over an hour. It would have been nice if they would have called me back to say they no longer have a filter or realized after our call they needed to order one. I don’t appreciate being lied to. If they lie about a filter what else will they lie about? Just lost my trust and business.

Do Not Go To This Location !!! Very unprofessional and they will scam you out of your money. I went to get my headlights replace and was told if they didn’t have to remove my front number I would pay a lot less. While they proceeded to work on my vehicle I watched them do the work which took 10 minutes if that. They attempted to charge me $100 when they did not have to remove front bumper in order to install new lights. I’ve been to this location many time and prior to today I’ve always had a good experience. When I ask manager and front desk associate why am I being charge $100 dollar I was given a blank stare. HORRIBLE experience and I repeat go to any other location except for this one. I’m big on customer service and this morning I received the worst experience. They scam me out of my hard earned money and showed very little remorse!!!

Very unhappy with the manager Shawn he should not be a manager with the way he acted over the phone line. He was very disrespectful to us and does not know how to handle business. I will never be coming back to this location as the experience was absolutely terrible. overcharging!

Supposedly the thermostat housing was completely replaced two years ago when I came in for service. I was charged $758 to replace it. I go in to buy tires and I was told that it needs to be replaced again. I just don't understand how the original lasted for seven years before needing replaced but they supposedly put in a brand new one and it lasts only two. After I paid $826 for tires, they wanted me to pay them another $1200 for something they supposedly already replaced. I was very disappointed and felt very taken advantage of. I truly feel like they never replaced it the first time but probably repaired it and charged me for a replacement.Services: Tires

I was given untrustworthy recommendations and outrageous prices to fix the problems.I brought my car in for a tire repair and rotation. They said the tires were too bad to rotate and the tire was not repairable. They said the car needed new tires and also recommended $1500 worth of other repairs and encouraged me to apply for their credit card. For example, I was quoted $80 or replace to marker light bulbs and $70 to replace the wiper blades. $200 to replace the battery, etc. Having been a former auto parts store manager and state inspection shop owner. I declined the service, and drove to the Autozone across the street. Spent 5 minute and $5 replacing my own marker lights, decided that skip the wiper blades (since they were already new.) And then dropped the car off at walmart for the tire rotation. Where I watched as a a lovely 18 year old girl proceeded to take patch the tire where a screw had punctured through true top/center of the tread. (Hardly a non repairable location)Last year, I brought my car in to this shop and was told the car needed over $1,000 worth of repairs as well. Including a valve cover gasket, and all rear suspension. I decided to use the opportunity to teach my wife how to replace the valve cover gasket. And I didn’t see or feel any problems with the inspection so we ignored that. Apparently the car didn’t actually need a new suspension since the mechanic failed to mention the rear suspension this time.

Got the tires replaced on my wife 13’ Prius V. The day they were replaced, the TPMS sensor light started blinking. Brought back up there for them to tell me that one of the sensors was out. They told me that it was the battery on the sensor that was bad and that it would only cost me $80. The associate told me “if the sensor was damaged when replacing tires that it wouldn’t hold air.” That is 100% FALSE… the valve stem has a sensor on it, and the sensor can actually be damaged without the valve stem being damaged and holds air. No problem. I have been with Toyota for over 10 years and this is completely inaccurate. TPMS sensors are expensive but they’re not required unless your state requires it. Luckily, I’m in Florida. If you’re local here, go somewhere else. I walked away without raising a fuss, but would like to share this with future customers…Service: Tires

I had a screw in my tire and this is something I had happen before countless times in the past and usually any place I went they would take at most 10-15 minutes to fix it. Took good 50+ minutes to get in and out of this place. And price was more than what I usually pay for something like this.

Called for appointment to plug a tire. Simple. After waiting an hour they approached me with a list of BS issues and refused to fix my tire unless I did their complete service. The vehicle was just serviced by the manufacturer. All issues claimed were false and an attempt to gouge the consumer. Avoid at all costs.
