I came for a flat tire and after 2 hours my vehicle is not yet fixed. 3 customers came after me and left. Customer service is more than ridiculous, and it is really disappointing. -10

I really enjoyed the customer service and the fast service I received. I was able to call in and get my car worked in 10 minutes. I enjoyed the free checks they provided because they clarified few doubts I was having without any cost and without trying to upsell me anything.

A wheel alignment that was done on my car prior to new tires being put on, I was told tires will not be for a few hours to go ahead and go to the hospital and check on my dad and then come back when the tires are in, but wanted to charge me before I left for the alignment that they did on my car with worn out tires. Plus they broke 2 of my center caps. I came back got the tires installed. But the attitude after I called them out for it was horrible.

Always provides great service and in a timely manner. I was able to make the appointment online and drop my vehicle off, go eat dinner and come back and it was done.

Had the oil changed this morning. Was told the tires could not be rotated. There was too much rust. But, If I wanted to buy new tires. They'd be happy to remove the tires. Wait, What? After waiting 2 hours for the oil change. Do not go here.

I was charged $403.99 for the cost of a 13958 Duralast altenator. Labor was separate. Labor was $89.40. I was also charged $95.99 for a 7PK1935 Poly Rib Belt. The cost for the same altenator at Autozone is $251.99 (maximum price). The maximum cost for the same belt at Auto Zone is $43.99.I went back this morning to complain about it. The manager on duty told me there was a mark up of 25% on the cost of the parts. Why is there a mark up on the price of the parts? Should'nt it be cost of the parts plus the labor? Now, if there is a mark up of 25%, then the altenator should cost $314.99 and not $403.99, a difference of $69.00.The price of the belt then should be $54.99 and not $95.99, a difference of $41.00.Therefore, I was overcharged $69.00 + $41.00 = $110.00.The manager on duty could not explain the discrepancy.I will inform my sons, and other friends about this and advice them not to use Tire Plus anymore.Thanks.

Should be 0 stars, I can't go less than 1.yesterday went to Tire Plus around 4:30 pm because my tire has a screw on it rthey took the car for service and 5:40 the manager in charge bring to my attention my car has an issue they can't take the wheel off becase the nuts are "swollen" the tool was a 21mm socket won't fit on it.... nuts are swollen because humidity, moisture they said that. Is a firsttime I heard the wheels nuts or bolts are "swollen" they recommended get a new set and replace in the future, its Saturday and was late so they didn't do anything on my car, they didn't charge anything, they just sent $31.00 bill on my email just for the record (I guess).- I came back home and just with a 3/4 old socket and a wrench (with no power tool or brake bar) I'd took the wheel off... yes "the swollen nut" they aren't tight, was super easy. I'll never go back there.
