I went shopping Tuesday and they had a great selection of clothes, but one of the staff members was very rude. A young girl that worked there told her older coworker named Linda about covering her for her break and the lady flipped out and started yelling at the girl.

I like TJ Maxx, it's like a higher end Ross store. Not the same volume of availability in clothes but I still enjoy shopping there.

The employee at the fitting rooms was very clearly being racist and talking to us in a very rude and dismissive tone. The lines at checkout were really long too.

I am a frequent and loyal shopper of TJMaxx, but my latest experience was quite disappointing. I put a discounted MK purse on hold at noon and went to purchase/pick it up in the evening. The purse was gone. It’s not in the holding area, and they said they put it back and couldn’t find it anymore.
The staff who helped me to put the purse on hold told me it will be held until the end of the day. What a waste of time driving 20 minutes to the store for nothing, totally screwed up.
Lesson learned:
1. Call the store to confirm the item on hold is still on hold before heading to the store
2. Get the person’s name who holds the item for you
3. Take a picture of the item you put on hold

I just get out from this store I came from Ohio and I love Tj max stores I find anything I need but the bathroom from this store are really disgusting shame from costumers and costumers service

Dear LORD! Aisles are way too small, can’t walk around. Nothing is organized in the clearance dress section, all sizes mixed together ignoring signage. Associates are rude, just walking and squeezing by you without saying excuse me. And the customers — if you want to be surrounded by a bunch of rude women, shop here. Everyone just bumps into you, don’t say excuse me, etc. That’s because of how small the aisles are. Shop literally anywhere else. You’ll leave angry. Plus the styles here aren’t even that great.

Store was a little in disarray. One thing to note is this TJ Max does not have many options if you are looking for a deal or even anything specific. With this do close to UCF everything is bout right out.
