The manager and coordinator here are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. We called at 7pm to confirm they can accept a HomeGoods return and the person on the phone said yes. Before we left at 7:30pm we called again to make sure since it was going to rain. Sure enough as soon as we get there an hour later, the coordinator promptly tells us that they cannot about these returns. When we tell them we just called and confirm she makes up some excuse about lighting hitting the phones and that they don’t work. I call from the store and can see the call coming through but they have the ringer muted. The manager finally comes from the back after asking for her and with an attitude tells us she’s not accepting our returns and does not care who we talked to on the phone. She herself confirmed we called the correct store but that she was refusing to do the returns. This is unprofessional on all levels and we will not be returning to any TJ Max company.

Usually the TJ Max stores I have visited have been great. There is usually great product but this one has nothing! It’s definitely unorganized and stuff is everywhere and they seem to have a full staff but the product they have has been the same for weeks. I went to one in Zephyrhills and it’s a smaller area and they have more variety than this one and it’s in a bigger populated area. The staff behind the registers are not that friendly at all either. Very disappointing! I feel like this store needs a big makeover! Would be great for the location!

Starting off by saying that I’m so happy there’s a TJ Maxx in the Lake Nona area. We really need this store, and we have one. And the people that work here are very sweet and professional.
But, there is WAY too much inventory at this location. It is stuffed to the brim, to the point that it’s hard to navigate the store. It’s messy overall and reminiscent of a rummage sale (especially during the holidays).
This is not the employees’ fault; overall, management could do a better job of ensuring that all inventory is merchandised properly, even if there’s still an excess amount of stuff at this location.
I live very close to this store, yet I’m having to go to TJs that are further away to avoid going to this particular one. Please improve this store so it doesn’t function like a garage sale, and I will shop here weekly! Thank you.

So far, the store has been good... However, they don't have variety of large sizes. I have also noticed that prices are getting higher and there are fewer offers available.

I was charged twice for an item and didn’t realize it until I got home. I had a busy week and came back today to get a refund for double charge. Cashier 1063 questioned why I didn’t come sooner (not her business) and called her manager to she if she could help me. In front of me she expressed her doubt in refunding me even with my receipt. Honestly just bad customer service.
