I didn't like this store because the people who are serving have the fitting room occupied with their mess and they were very rude because we went to enter from the side where they are hindered by their mess and mockingly they told us that if we couldn't see it it wasn't a fitting room . And they told us directly that they don't like us measuring our clothes because they have to fold. And they talk in front of us that they don't like folding so that we stop measuring clothes. It's very sad to have those employees because because of their attitude I couldn't buy more and I had a bill of more than 300 dollars.

Extremely disappointed by the management of this location closing the fitting room 2 hours before closing time. Why would you close the fitting room in a fitting shop??? Just close the whole freaking place!!

The cashier with tattoos on her neck and arms is a rude barbarian. We were going to buy 300 dol we left the purchase. Regrettable experience

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Tommy Hilfiger store due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. I was returning the clothes at 5:10 PM on May 12th and politely inquired about the dressing rooms, which always seemed to be closed. The cashier informed me abruptly that they closed at 5 PM, adding in a condescending tone, "What do you expect, for us to stay all night tidying up after customers?"
The woman I interacted with had dark hair with blonde highlights and spoke Spanish. It's disheartening to encounter such disrespectful attitudes, especially in a brand like Tommy Hilfiger. I feel sorry for the other employees who may be friendly and diligent, as this one's behavior tarnishes the reputation of the entire store.

Don’t buy anything from this store. Items have stains on it and they have no return policy. Workers are rude and they don’t even listen to your complaints.

so far this is the worst Tommy Hilfiger retail store from the many ones i had visited. i could not return items (regular ones, not sale or clearance) purchased from another outletstore, as i was told they do not have these items now currently, so they refused to accept the return even i had the receipt. the policy not specify this, and as a member should be accepted within 60 days, but this was a purchase 7 days ago. their customer service skills is very questionable, as at the purchase verifying being a TH club member, the email was barely accepted, i was advised by the manager, they are accepting coupons onky and every other store in the US verifying by the email/phone they should not be doing it. seems like a corporate wide education is do for all the store clerks, or this particular store manager needs follow up training for customer service skills. very disappointed with this specific store. will never visit this store again :(

Very rude staff. Talking bad about customers even if they are in the same store. There were like 8 people in the store at least, so I why are the fitting rooms closed? Just a normal question. The reaction was: not enough staff, you wanna speak to a manager?? But her arrogant smirk (with crooked teeth) and lack of interest said enough. Not even trying to be helpful together with her Latin colleagues was pretty disrespectful and if this was my store, I would fire her on the spot. Earlier my daughter of 8 asked a normal question to the Latin fellow with a golden cross around his neck. He also isn’t trained to do anything else than fold clothes. As she asked his help on a certain size. He said, we don’t have it…. Well we found it ourselves at a different location. We filed a complaint with the manager on duty: Emily. So I look forward to the reply.
