The store itself has a huge collection. However the employees were obnoxious. One employee, he was tall, dark and flamboyant was passing remarks at customers in the store and the other employees were standing around him in a group cackling away. This made our group and me feel very uncomfortable and made us exit the store faster than I would have liked. It’s a pity because I really wanted to buy a TB bag.
I read some of the other reviews and I am convinced the staff in this store doesn’t want to help customers. They want to stand around and insult customers particularly those of Indian, black, Asian ethnicities.
I sincerely hope the Brand and Corporate pay attention to these reviews and experiences. Needless to say the Tory Burch brand has tarnished its reputation for me.

Check your shoes before you purchase them for previous wear. I needed to return them because I injured my knee and I’m unable to wear shoes without arches now. They are also really uncomfortable as they are unlined.
I live over 2 hours away and was unable to bring them back. I called not realising it’s only a 14 day return window. The policy is minuscule on the back of the receipt which was worn just sitting in the box for a month. Neither the sales person or the girl at the register mentioned that it’s only a 14 day return window.
Tara, one of the managers was rude and essentially called me a liar claiming the shoes were worn. I explained I tried them on in the store and in my home on the carpet. They weren’t worn by me because I’m on crutches for over a month. The shoes are clean on the bottoms and show no signs of wear.
I texted them back asking if it’s possible that they were worn by another customer and returned. Tara ignored my message. Sad that they are losing a customer over a pair of unworn shoes.

Rude people work there. As I tried to walk in a lady working there stepped directly in front of me to block me from coming in and the ask if I needed help with anything still not letting me inside the store. I told her I was wanting to look at a purse and she madr me tell her which one before even allowing me in the store. I would not go to this one.

Wow- one of your employees took a parking spot from someone that was waiting 5-10 minutes for it and then said they won’t move for them. Having dishonest employees is not a great look for the company as employees represent the company image

This company sells low quality products! Purchased a $300 purse and it tarnished 7 months of owning it. Contacted the company online and was told to go to the nearest TB store. When I arrived to the store the associate was not helpful at all. She was rude and said that there was nothing she can do. A purse that expensive should NOT be tarnishing at such short time of owning it. I have cheaper purses that look in better condition than this TB purse. Don't waste your money here unless you want low quality purses. I will never walk into a TB store nor recommend this brand to anyone! Horrible Service and Cheap Quality. The associate said: you can take it to a shoemaker to fix. So rude!

horrible customer service. worst tory burch i’ve ever been. why advertise you have text to shop but never respond to customers that are looking to purchase . i cannot in good faith recommend this store to anyone. if i could leave 0 stars i would.

We were in that store specifically because my wife wanted a purse, which led to some very nice brown sandals. I must say, the customer service is very, very good. The girls serve you and find what you want in your size or style of purse that you are looking for. or something specific and the very elegant store, we loved everything

Will NEVER come here again! Just came in this evening planning on buying 3-4 pairs of shoes but the staff here is terrible no one said hello or could they assist us. People of other races were assisted but not one person asked me or my companion if we needed any assistance. Like a previous review if you are black, Indian etc you will not be assisted. This is disgusting and I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Everyone in this store should be reprimanded. Corporate needs to look between 6-7:00 pm to see your employees talking amongst themselves and not assisting customers. Something needs to be done because I will make sure to go on every platform about this behavior to spread this information about this location!
