Why bother making an appointment? I waited 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT for an oil change and the only reason I didn't wait longer is because I got up and asked for a manager. Sales team also tried to harass me while waiting for the 2 hours.

The place is nice and the service rep was great to work with. But I came here to have my truck service and not to trade or buy a new vehicle, so why would I want to listen to your offer to buy my vehicle? Guy going around calling people need to speak up as you can barely hear him.

Visited this location and was approached by Ricardo. He was very friendly and not aggressive to sell a car. Met with Fred regarding financing and he was very friendly, focused on the customers needs/goals and problem solved any concerns. Met with Abigail to sign documentation and she was very detailed and took her time in explaining each page. She was also very friendly and we didn't feel rushed. If I ever come back, I would love to work with these individuals again. The whole experience was very comfortable.

If you want to be harassed by sales people when you come to get your car serviced this is the place for you. They also tried to lie to me and tell me that only Toyota could buy back my lease. When I looked on the south East Toyota finance website it did not state that at all. When I told the sales person I would not be purchasing a car because I had to discuss things with my husband because he thought I only came to get my car serviced she asked me to call him.... Very aggressive. Just wanted to get car serviced in peace and go home.

Isabel, Santiago, Guilherme, and Jason were amazing! What a great team! I have my brand new Toyota Corolla and couldn’t be happier. I know interest rates are high right now but they were still able to get me a great deal! Super recommend!!

Be aware, they might run your credit without permission. I have been trying to get in contact with them but they keep redirecting me to different people and nobody wants to talk to me.I went in to buy the vehicle in cash however I ended up not buying it.I never signed a document allowing them to run my credit and was shocked to see a hard inquiry 2 months after my visit. I know I have not signed it cause I ready thoroughly every doc they gave me.Update: even after days I still have not received a callback from the dealership nor response from the email they provided in the response from the owner.

Auto Nation 225 N Semoran BlvdWinter Park FL 327925 hours wait with an appointment for a oil change is unacceptable.It's obvious that they have sold too many cars for the size of their service department.This is a scam, there is nothing free about wasting a day for a free oil change.I'm planning on contacting the Florida Business and Professional Regulations Dept.I think an attorney can get a class action law suit with this scam.The managers I have ask to see never show-up or return calls.Ralph

With the current supply and demand of Tacomas, it takes patience to get the truck you really want. Aundre Robertson kept me updated throughout the whole deal waiting on the truck I wanted in transit. When I first arrived at Toyota, I didn’t know what to expect, but Melissa greeted me promptly outside and was such a wonderful person, friendly and warm, she made me feel at ease.Jerry was also wonderful! as soon as I met him he and he met with me he took the time to thoroughly explain all my possible options and how each buying option works and what would be the best option for me. He answered all my questions and took his time & even made sure I received exactly what I was paying for in writing and explained it very detailed. Finally, Jason had a great disposition about him and was very diligent and detailed in providing me with the bottom line, costs and even extended my tag till next year no extra cost; YayOverall I must say I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I felt no pressure and feel great about what I’m walking away with. Would recommend to anyone to come see this team..

I am in the market for a 2023 Prius and called Toyota of Orlando. No one would talk to me unless I physically drove to the dealership which is very disappointing since I had purchased multiple vehicles from them in the past. When I got there, I explained what I was there for and further explained that I wasn't willing to pay anything significant over MSRP. They said they would let me know when they were allocated Priuses but made it appear that that my request was not unreasonable.I hadn't heard from them and finally texted Rafael Bartolomo, the sales person, to see what the Prius situation was. He explained that they did get allocated a new Prius and that they were charging SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS above the $32,000 MSRP. Almost a 20% price gauge! Most dealer's have a premium but most are half that amount. I will not be buying any more vehicles from Toyota of Orlando. I don't think it's ethical to gauge people that badly on a car just because they think they can. Just wanted to let people know.UPDATE: When I explained to Rafael Bartolomo that I would not pay anything above MSRP he literally laughed. He smugly told me "Good luck with that."I just wanted to let people know that yesterday I purchased a 2023 Prius XLE from AutoNation of Winter Park for MSRP and couldn't have been happier with their honesty and professionalism. A night and day difference from rude, salesy people at Toyota of Orlando. Dealing with honest, professional people is important to me and for this reason, I will not be buying any more vehicles from Toyota of Orlando.I would give AutoNation of Winter Park at try if you are interested in buying a Toyota!
