PLEASE READ i know this is a long review but it’ll be helpful Terrible terrible customer service i bought this dining table in store December 13th they delivered it and did not build it the men told me they can only deliver it even though there from ashley furniture and had another person come over 10 days later he came to just repair it and told me he can’t repair it he literally looked at it and walked out and said he will have ashley furniture call me back to have a person come out and build it that was on December 23rd December 26th comes two men came and build it half way which your seeing in this photo i provided and left cause they didn’t have the full hardware and told me to call ashley furniture Customer service once i called the lady said she can have someone send out hardware pieces and then have other people to come and fully build it here it is January 10th and it’s still sitting in a corner have no pieces for the table nor anyone came out to build it called today to get a update they told me i have to now pay for those hardware pieces extra which was not mentioned in the previous conversation she said they would be sending it out. don’t waste or spend your money here please terrible customer service and communication it’ll be 1 month since i been going through this over a 4 seat round small dining table

We worked with Matt at the Orlando Store and he did a fabulous job for us! He answered all our questions, was responsive with phone calls/emails, and helped make sure we got all the parts and pieces we needed in our order. He's also been helpful in getting our deliveries scheduled as needed. A great experience so far!

I was given the worse experience, I had no problems with my order being delivered the first time, now to get a replacement, they will not deliver bc we don’t live in the area, this should have been told me when I purchased all of these items , now we have to drive 5 hours to pick up the replacement furniture. The carpet came from a wear house that was not wrapped so the entire bottom was black and now they tell me that can’t be delivered that too. I will not order from Ashley ever again.

I would strongly recommend Giancarlo Cento at Ashley Homestore to anyone looking to purchase furniture. He was knowledgeable, forthcoming, personable and helpful. He allowed us to browse at our leisure but was available to us when we had questions. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood our selections and answered all our questions. A really excellent experience.

Lived in Orlando 10 years Everytime we went to Ashley furniture we saw something that would buy but it was like all the items were out of stock for 6 weeks and that was all they would say. So walked out and went to American freight on obt and bought the furniture there it was in stock. This was way before the vivid shipping problems

The store is nice, setup/clean etc. I give this store a one star because of the service provided by its staff. I spent close to $10k on furniture, the process was a nightmare from the purchase through the delivery.The salesman Luis was constantly helping “customers” as if I was his friend and not as important. Then when it came time to do the order he took forever to get it into the system and processed. He worked with the store manager Abraham to get me a “good deal” which the online pricing was better, after showing him that I matched the online pricing. Then he promised free delivery with setup. The delivery guys dropped it off and told me I only got door set delivery that I had to call customer service and then they left. I call customer service, they promise that someone would come that same day to install the furniture. I wait until almost 9 pm and call back only to find out the person called them and cancelled… I call corporate, they apologize and get someone scheduled a few days later. The delivery guys show up, I get someone knocking on my door and it’s my neighbor. The installation guys threw a bag full of trash into the yard as they were coming into my house and tried acting like they didn’t. When my neighbor showed them they apologize and go pick it up. This is not the first time I have bought from Ashley, it is the first time I’ve had an experience like this. Absolutely horrible customer service from start to finish. Buyer beware

We ordered a sofa that was suppose to be delivered 12/10. Sales rep said they would call or text if there was a change in delivery. No phone call no text and no sofa. Called a sales rep and they said oh your order will be delivered 12/14, you should have gotten a message. We got no message and had movers come in a dispose of our old couch on 12/10 in preparation for a sofa that was suppose to be delivered today. We have family coming and the fact this is not the first time Ashley Furniture has pulled this. We wanted another sofa, order went through then 2 days later they called and said "sofa is no longer in stock". They told us what was available and when it could be delivered and we choose from an "in stock" sofa but now they pushed delivery after I stayed home from work today and had my old sofa removed. I recommend no one deal with them.

We called up on the phone and spoke to Chris McKenzie about a couch we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and got right to work with pricing and all the details. We came into the store to look at the couch and once we arrived he was so helpful to get our new couch! No sales pressure at all and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend Ashley because of the customer service I received from Chris!

Kye is a wonderful Salesperson. He guided us through the store and very patiently understood our requirements and our taste. He was not at all in hurry to sell the furniture, instead he was more interested in helping us choose the right furniture. His honest advice helped us make better decisions. The store Manager is also very cooperative and helped as much possible. We had a very good experience and would continue visiting this store for all our furniture needs even in future.

From the moment we walked into the store we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Chris was able to direct us where to start looking for the pieces we wanted. He dropped by to answer questions when we had them without making us feel like he was hovering over us to make a sale. We never felt pressured and Chris took the time to explain everything to us. This was a complete opposite experience that we had with one of their competitors which is why this is where we chose to purchase furnishings for our home. At a time where customer service seems to be lacking, it was great to see such a friendly and helpful employee like Chris. We really appreciate him making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend you go see Chris at Ashley if you're looking for furniture!

I bought a Christmas present at this store. It was $20 cheaper than any other stores. One of the staff member was very kind to help me find what I was looking for, and he was very polite. I really appreciate the help.
