Horrible experience. I bought 6 jars of peaches, The cashier scanned 11 jars of peaches, before I put everything in the car, I looked at the receipt, was shocked, went back right away to the store,the customer service looked at the receipt, checked my cart, she counted I had 6 jars in the cart, was supposed to refund me 5 jars of peaches, but only refunded me 4 jars. Before I leave the store, I double checked my receipt again, had to go back to the store to ask for 1 more refund of peaches.
This is so unprofessional. I can’t believe now I have to always check the receipt whenever I come to Trader Joe’s.

My mistake for grabbing and going - but this lettuce on my turkey club wrap is disgusting for a product with a sell by date 2 days from now. I was able to salvage most of the turkey / but otherwise a waste of money. I love this TJ otherwise - and they were fully staffed during a busy time today.

Trader Joe’s on Sandlake is always a great experience!
But before you have to park and that can become a nightmare.
The store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with a fantastic selection of unique products. The staff is friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. Whether you’re shopping for groceries or looking for something new to try, there’s always something interesting to find. It’s a perfect spot for quality food, great prices, and a fun shopping atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, a produce selection that could make you wanna go vegetarian. Parking lot is tight and very busy (walk through with caution).
